I don’t know what surpassed my expectations more, their customer service or quality of coffee. I was expecting phenomenal coffee, but their customer service was the best I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. You would think you’re shopping for Gucci loafers with the attentiveness and grace every staff member treats you with. I will certainly be back.

RUDE MANAGER! I live in the neighborhood, ordered a matcha, their system glitched I paid for the order and they didn’t receive it. Showed them the money out of my account and they didn’t care. The manager just ignored me and went back to making drinks. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Be more courteous and kind to your client. I paid for a drink, that I never got.

One of the best matchas I’ve had in LA. Very flavourful and strong matcha taste. Creamy and naturally sweet. Service was great too

This is what bad gentrification looks like. Pretends to be for the community but has a points system they don’t know how to use, and when customers try to use it they turn their nose up and treat you like you’re poor. Not worth the wait unless your primary concern is being seen at a scene.

the workers are so friendly and welcoming and the madasgascar vanilla latte is delicious. nice space to study :=)

The Spanish Latte is sweet and strong. The cafe really goes for a minimalistic vibe, but ends up a little messy (not enough tables). Seems more fitting for a date rather than a study session.

Spanish latte was mid. The rude redhead white girl worker also ruined my experience. Very demeaning and rude. Left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. Will never go here again because of the redhead girl. Go to Tierra Mia down the street for great service and consistently good coffee

I deliver for this place sometimes. They are notoriously slow. Currently have been waiting over 20 minutes for a one coffee order. If you’re going to accept uber eats orders, have enough people on staff to fill the orders.

I want to leave the review about 1 star service in this place.
1. They don't cover the lids of drinks, when I am taking for to go, and drinks are leak in my car.
2. Leak in my car because they didn't provide the bags, for the drinks...
3. Rood service.
4. I will not suggest to make a order from this cofeshop with the delivery app, because there is no safety for your drinks and foods...

If the menegment of this cofeeshop read this message:
1. Pls provide any kind of bags, (even the very cheap, plastic one, it's gonna make your drinks and food safe.
2. Train your employers how to treed whith the customers.

A cafeteria with a very interesting concept, the variety of coffees and products for cafeteria at home are good, the quality of the coffee is very good as well as its preparations and its equipment, as well as a pleasant atmosphere, highly recommended.

we get a coffee here everyday and it’s been getting worse but today my cup was half full and luke warm and I even tipped. Waste of my money and so offensive as I waited 30 mins.
