I'm not too sure if it was just the end of the day energy, but I had a weird experience.
I got a matcha tea latte with no ice, and oat milk (because I can't have dairy). I asked if I could top off my drink with oat milk. They told me they would need to charge me extra again if I want to top it off, but I told them I'm already paying extra for a non dairy milk. They didn't charge me, but they handed my drink to me and told me "next time...
