Asked about Thai tea told me to go elsewhere when asked about the sweetness.
The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful.
They recommended the menu very well. Even though it was lunchtime, the wait wasn't long as I thought. Taste good. Kob khun ka!

Ordered the chicken pad thai, crab fried rice and the Thai iced tea. Unfortunately everything missed the mark. The Thai iced tea was sickening sweet. Asked server to add milk or something to make it less sweet and she told me milk would make it sweeter, which clearly is not true, she just didn’t want to help. Pad Thai and crab fried rice both look good and had good portion sizes but missed the mark on taste. So disappointed as I had really good pad Thai 2 days ago and was expecting the same :(

Before coming to LA, we looked up food places to visit in LA on YouTube. Grand Central Market was one to keep popping up. We decided to try some of shops that were open. We got there kinda late, so a few were closed already. We Sticky Rice was on the must try list. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. The young lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant. She helped us decide on what we're fan favorites. We got the Chicken Pad Thai. It was sweet, savory and packed full of flavor. We will definitely try them again.

Takes them long to cook average thai food. One pan cooking to order in this busy grand central market? Nah not enough. Food taste worth the price and wait time. Just average thai food. People get hyped in grand central market thinking the food must automatically be good here but to my disappointment they are not.

Here we go!!! GCM Sticky Rice.
S T I C K Y R I C E is a hit thai comfort food joint at GCM. The menu here is succinct that customers love. And their cooking is solid with bold food flavors. It’s perfect for everyday workers to sit and enjoy a good, healthy meal.
Furthermore, they have an open kitchen and you’ll see how your food is made/cooked. I had the Gai Yang x Thai Tea. Food was bloody flavorful, soft and tasty. Similarly, drink was refreshing. Their prices are fairly competitive. Staff are nice and professional.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal and dine-in experience. I highly recommend SR.

I’m really disappointed by the portion and the price. Things in this box are at most $13 as an appetizer in a higher end Thai restaurant, and they charge $17 in a food court, and it’s not like the food itself is phenomenal. Should get the nearby tacos instead. Won’t come ever again.

Holy cow!!!!!
I love khao soi, and this place DELIVERED! The curry was so smooth, rich, and flavorful. Excellent portion and loads of fresh toppings. Loved the hot sauces.
And yall the mango sticky rice is to die for!!!! Idk what they’re doing to that coconut syrup but it’s 10/10. I cannot wait to come back.
