Has gone downhill while prices increase. Have been ordering here for years and have noticed the decline in food quality.
This will be the last time I order, its now barely better than surrounding Thai restaurants but tons more expensive.
I mean, you guys even overcooked your rice... How does one do that? Maybe its been sitting in the rice cooker for days?

I would give Sticky Rice five stars based on their amazing food alone, but I’m taking the time today to leave a five star review due to their exceptional customer service. I ordered a favorite dish last night but there was a slight mistake with my order. I emailed the restaurant through the website, assuming I’d never hear back, but they responded within a few minutes. They refunded my meal AND offered some information about the dish that will make it much easier for me to order it in the future. This level of good customer service is so rare these days, I was super impressed, very grateful, and even more inclined to support this wonderful restaurant in the future.

Well first and last time I'll ever go there. They don't have wine, they don't take cash , you have to order your own food. The person I was with got their food first , I waited a half hour to get mine. Nothing like eating alone...The food was really was not very good, meat was very salty. The bill was about $97 which was not worth that dining experience.
Overpriced only good thing nobody got a tip. One place I will be staying away from.

Bland, overpriced, slow, and half the food didn’t show up. Not what this place used to be.

Well cooked, poorly seasoned. Got the pad siew and the chicken, broccoli and noodles were all well cooked. The chicken and broccoli is completely unseasoned and not mixed well in the sauce so they were very bland. Disappointing :(

Sticky Rice on York never disappoints! Authentic Thai flavors, great portions, and the sticky rice with grilled chicken is a must-try. Laid-back vibe, quick service, and open late—love this spot! 🇹🇭🍚🔥

cool little place, order inside the bar. the bar has an interesting vibe: dive bar feel with thai knick-knacks scattered around accompanying regular dive bar decor. nothing really to complain about - good food at a cool little spot

Very average food . I am so used to the Altadena Mija restaurant which is the best I have had besides in Thailand . Not flavorful , rhr green curry , fried rice , , chicken date - we terrible peanut sauce . Hmm, they may have to lean into Mija in Altadena a lot more for lessons . Oh well, gave them 3 tries .
It was good
Such a fun vibe! Casual but cool
Came on a wednesday night live
Music, great crowd, and the vibes all around were just it. Out bartender was very friendly
And attentive, couldn’t have asked for a better night, best time here!
Been eating here since it first opened several years ago. Inconsistent quality unfortunately, because when the food is done well, it’s great. Eg. Some days the Pad Thai is flavorful, comes with fantastic pickles, tender meat. Other days the noodles are not fully cooked, lacking in sauce, no pickles or peanuts - seems rushed or like they forgot to finish garnishing the food.
Also a warning for takeout - the containers have been changed to a much thinner plastic so hot soups will spill out since the lid warps from the heat.
Seems hit or miss - depending on your luck.
