NOT a brewpub. Limted beer selection. Only 6 beers on tap. Food was barely average. No sign from the outside.

Sat at the bar to get some drinks before my movie starts. Waited like 20 mins and the guy never helped us. He kept helping others who showed up after us, maybe because we were the only Hispanics there. We ended up leaving since he never even looked our side but helped the couple sitting next to us.

Adult arcade with a full-service bar, pool tables, and private event areas. Came here on a Tuesday night around 10pm and stayed until closing at midnight. The machines to fill up your card are by the counter. There were a couple of issues with the dodgeball game taking our tickets but not actually working, but when we got an employee to help, he gave us a free play on a game and also gave us back our tickets, so that was nice. You can get alcohol and carry it around the games. We didn’t look at the prizes available, but there seemed to be quite a bit of originality. Paid garage parking available. Credit cards accepted.

Rude employees, I was sitting at a table and one of them came to me and said that I have to order food to sit at a table , I told her I will order but not now , the place was empty so I don’t understand why she came to me after 15 minutes from being there.

Be careful when a company IS NOT SERIOUS. This was our experience. Last week we contacted this place, with the intention of having our son's birthday party with a group of his friends. Two different people from this place contacted us, in the end I spoke on multiple occasions with one of them, we defined the package, the day, the time, the number of participants and the price. They charged me the deposit, we signed the contract and supposedly everything was ready, they even gave us thanks for doing business with them. YESTERDAY, just 5 days before the party, they called us to cancel the event, claiming they don't have staff to cover it. This causes us a series of problems, since we had already sent the invitations and now we have to run to find another place. MY BIG QUESTION IS: Like a company like this, they offer services if they know they can't cover, so they sign contracts if they know they don't have staff. It seems like bad business practice to me and personally, I will never do business with them again.

My grandson loves Dave & Buster's. This one is huge and there is a dinning area, places to book parties, and lots of games and fun to be had. The customer service is what really sets apart this D&B. I have been through Covid and am what is called a long hauler. I am pretty stupid at the moment and it is hard to concentrate. My grandson so much wanted me to take him and I forget my card, but we went anyway. We walked in and you can get your cards and almost anything from a machine, but there are people there to help. The line was not long and I admitted to the assistant that I was confused, we wanted to play only a short time and what do I do. She helped me pick the card I wanted, when she saw I was having a hard time getting my credit card to go in, she did it for me. She helped me total out the bill. She also noticed I was just out of breath and let me stand there a minute to get it together. I wish I knew her name, I have forgotten, but she was a young Black woman with a God is Good tee on and said she had just been to church. So, owner, figure out who I mean and thank her please. They have a ton of games. Now they need to get a few more Walking Dead and the other super popular ones so there isn't a line to use it. A lot of games are not used and can be removed to make space. The area was spotless and everyone had there mask on as required by law. The employees keep the area clean and there is always someone on the game floor to help. My grandson had a blast. He then wanted a burger and frankly I was glad to sit down. It was super yummy and just what he wanted. Now, I would like the option to order from a human when needed and not a machine on my phone. So get that together. But we were super happy, will be back and you should give them a try.

If you go here for a meal, be very careful to how you are charged for your meal. Our waiter took our bill and our credit card; went to ring up the cost; then brought it all back to us. What he failed to do, was to inform us that he had rung up a $72.00 RECEIPT AS $772.00! Then he ran the correct amount a second time, and never bothered to contact his manager, or corporate; who either one could have corrected the error immediately. Half my family was left to stay in the hotel while the other half went to the Laker's game, because the money $772. was gone!

Yuck! This is not my first time at Dave and Buster's so I wasn't expecting a superior experience, but this one is by far the worst one you can find! Our server took forever to even get drink orders and once she did, it took forever to get said drinks. We only ordered steak nachos thank goodness and those also took forever. She never got us any drink refills whatsoever and I was willing to get another alcoholic drink (not cheap) but she never even came back. The nachos were disgusting with some kind of meat on it but it definitely wasn't steak. This place wasn't even busy. We only went here to watch college football but not even worth the $34 I spent. DO NOT GO HERE! I cannot stress this enough!!!!
