It takes an exceptional staff to run a place like this in the heart of DTLA. They deal with the ugliest and craziest people, and they do it with respect. This place is sparkling clean considering what kind of stuff happens in here all day every day. You may witness people off the street come in and be crazy, but I call that dinner with a show!

This subway is closest to the building I work in and I usually stop by here to grab breakfast on my way home. There was a mix up with my order today so I had to wait longer than usual even though I ordered online. The ladies were extremely nice and apologetic. They even gave me a free cookie on top for the trouble so all is forgiven ??

These people have absolutely lost their minds! I requested a subway club with bacon, but in a wrap - it came out to $17!!! The wrap was literally a flour tortilla - not even the veggie or whole grain wraps they used to offer. A tortilla and some bacon should not TRIPLE my cost!!!
