I had a mobile order and my order was missing some things. I asked for those things and the workers treated me like I was stealing..she gave me a phony apology saying she didn't see it on my receipt....mind you I order subway every other day and always consistent in what I buy ..I'm highly disappointed that I will no longer purchase subway again... mobile orders has least contact with people but some how I had to meet the rude people 😕

Today 2/27 at 1245pm I walked in and the younger girl making the sandwiches was not focused and messed up our sandwiches several times. I don’t like that type of energy on my food while she’s making it. I don’t know if it was her first days working there and she was nervous or just distracted. I asked her to take her time with our sandwiches several times

The 12 inch meatball has always had 8 meatballs. They only put 6 on the sandwich. The picture displayed on the menu shows 8. When I asked about it and pointed out the picture shows 8 meatballs, the person making the sandwich flippantly replied we only do about 6 now. Deceptive advertising and inconsistent with other Subways. They're skimping on the ingredients and giving you less than what you pay for. Read the other reviews for the past 2 years. You are wasting your money here. Go elsewhere.

Came In 10 minutes before close to get one simple sandwich and April and Maria treated me so horribly that I lost my appetite before leaving the restaurant. It took only 4 minutes to make the one sandwich and there was still 6 minutes left until close when they were done so they were being pretty dramatic for no reason and treating a customer horribly
