If you get a meal, you're supposed to get chips OR two cookies, plus a free extra cookie. It says this, in plain English on their menu board. I had to fight with the cashier who was dead set on giving me only one cookie (no chips). I should have gotten three, but was only able to argue the cashier up to two. I shouldn't have to argue this. Subway employees should know their menu.

Really bad service the girl was rude when we ask to add vegetables to my sandwich she say not that the sandwich we order in the moment they came without it and she couldn't add even when we ask for extra charge she say NO we say and ask for coffee ones. We got or coffee we ask for regular sugar she that's all we got and we ask for half and half same answer we don't have any with a really bad actitud this happen at 7.04 am I was so mad that I forgot to ask her name and live the coffee to get a good one at 7 eleven this girl shouldn't work there

My friend and I come in and get so excited to see Yany working! She toasts our subs really well so it's nice and toasty :) She's also the sweetest! No offense to the Laurels out there, but it's all about Yany!

Huh !! Friendly staff, nice vibe !! If your talking about the subway on hauser and San Vicente you must've been under food poisoning when you made that comment. Firstly I hope you know that that little area had a small little crime spree going on, where either the Subway or the 7 eleven was stealing off people's credit cards. They tried me twice near end of 2018, so that if I ever have get anything there I only use cash. I think the subway was in cohesion with the 7 eleven people. They were trying to send money and products by money from your card to Florida and Mexico. The staff there are always like these young punks with attitudes, and very unprofessional. And the street guys always hang out at night there with the Subway and 7 Eleven employees. But especially and mostly at the Subway... I'd warn all do not go there to eat
