The people were nice, but as a Vegetarian, Cheese is the replacement of meat! The girl only gave me two slices of cheese to save money and the rest was the Lettuce and Avocado! The bites was like taking a bite of a round ball of Lettuce with three small slices of Avocadoes! She was probably told by the owner lets not use up the cheese and save money since they have a lot of meat in their sandwich and Cheese is like flavor on top of the meat and she would be correct on that perspective! However, with Vegetarian people they should be more attentive to the Vegetarians and give more cheese since they are lacking of meat! Subway is known for a healthier Sandwich Restaurant, if not people would go to Mc Donnels or Del Taco for the unhealthier sandwiches!

The woman making my sandwich was just rude and not very friendly at all. Neither was the woman that rang up my order. A smile or greeting would have been nice.

Picked up sandwiches. Sandwiches arrived with thick cheese & only meat was non cripsy bacon. I called in. Rep told me to return sandwiches like it was a DVD player lol. Completely unwilling to resolve. BEWARE.

Note: I did wait days to call & sent order via text to person picking up. There should have been no errors.I have receipt.The unwillingness to make it right is not good business imho. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I have zero desire to stand over your shoulder while you make my sandwich — that’s why I always place a mobile order. But this sad sandwich, just like the other sad pickup sandwiches you keep giving me, ended up like always: I requested a refund.

Every time I come here, Autumn is working her butt off with no help. Literally here now with her and 8 customers, online orders, AND SHE STILL IS GREETING EVERYONE and hustling and apologizing. She is and ALWAYS is amazing, but whomever owns this place is literally abusing her workers.
I keep coming solely for her.
Shame on the owner. This is criminal.

I am really not a fast food person but my bank is located next-door to a subway on La Cienega and Pico. I keep seeing the little signs for the roll ups for four dollars so I went in today and got a pepperoni cheese roll up with a ranch dip. It was excellent for four dollars! I also had a holiday peppermint chocolate brownie for five dollars and it was a foot-long and delicious. I will go back for that. It’s a nice little holiday gift for someone!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve received happened now, and one that could ruin one’s day. The service here has always been sub par to pretty bad and I’ve almost always said to myself “I think that’s the last time I’m coming here” but today was the last drop: the woman that served me not only gave me what I specifically asked not to put (green peppers - not a lot, I get it, mistakes could happen to the best of us), hardly a napkin for an order of a sandwich/soup/chips, add to that a fork for my soup… She was unnerved at my choice of sauce asking me what exactly I wanted though I had a ready answer. After that I patiently waited for her complete the whole order of a new customer as she saw me at the counter still not done being serviced. The girl asked me what I needed to which I responded politely “just a couple of napkins (I had received 2 thin single ones previously) and a handle bag - since I’m walking”— Subway always gives you those for to-go anyway. After she had me waiting to prepare the sandwich of the next customer (it was just two of us on that line so it wasn’t that she was busy or had to do that), she said to me again annoyed literally “what is it that you need now?”. I repeated what I said earlier, a couple of napkins and a handle bag, to which she tossed me another paper bag with no handles with two thin napkins in it and after I reminded about the handle bag she said “I don’t have handle bags!” in the same curt and entitled manner. I said I didn’t know that and finally as I was preparing to walk out as she mumbled something about me in the hearing of the other customers. I work in customer service having started from the bottom and the same exact position she’s in and have never provided such service. Please don’t support or allow such treatment of fellow humans anywhere, it’s inexcusable. P.s just saw the soup was brown in color and inedible stale

i bought a footlong chicken teriaky and unfortunately i wasnt able to enjoy it because on the first bite after i got home there was a huge hair string in my food, inside of the sandwich i chewed on it and it got stuck on my teeth, the most disgusting sensation i have ever had in MY LIFE. subway better make it right by this HUGE mistake or I will never eat there ever again!!!!!!!!!

Please don’t go to this subway. There is one down the street on Venice or 3rd street. Go here if you want your food to be made by careless and unclean employees. If I was the manager I’d fire everyone except the white guy and Hispanic guy that work at night. I’ve also got severe diarrhea from these people. I’ll probably see to proceed with legal actions. I will not come back neither will everyone I know.

Awful. Spinach on salad and on sub was drenched in salty water. Ordered “make it a meal” for delivery and did not receive the chips and soda i paid for. Tried to call store about this and no one answered phone. Yes they were still open.
