Staff was very rude. There’s so much negativity around. Specially the girl was not at all supportive she couldn’t even talk she was so mean to the customers. I hope it not continues like that.

Parking is the only thing this place gets right. The staff behave like you’re an interruption rather than a customer, and their so-called attention to detail is a joke. My tuna sandwich showed up without the tuna. That isn’t a slip-up. It’s basic incompetence. I’m done gambling on online orders here, and you should be too. Check every item before you leave or better yet, give your money to a shop that can manage to include the main ingredient in its own menu item.

Awful service I parked and I toke a selfie with the sign of Beverly Center behind me and one of the girls that work there stared yelling at me and insulting me, I asked her what was wrong with there and she said everything was wrong with her, so just to let you know, I was going to eat there and obviously I couldn't anymore

I ordered a Subway sandwich on line while at this store, as I've done at many others, to obtain a special price, When the buzzer sounded, indicating my order was paid for, the woman behind the counter refused to make the sandwich with any veggies or bread that differed from what the automatic computer driven receipt said was typical.
I've told many Subway servers in the past at other locations what specifics I wanted after choosing the sandwich on line at the store, and all servers complied. The woman, who said her name was Pamela, was hostile, refusing my plea to choose wheat bread instead of Italian and to add green peppers and onions. She kept saying like an automaton she could not prepare the sandwich in a different manner from the receipt, which I knew was not true.
I had already prepaid for the sandwich, but she would not budge. I became angry and she was so rude. She said I could cancel, which I did before they started making the sandwich, but all she did was write cancel on the receipt with a light yellow marker. I asked her to get a blue or black pen so it could be read more easily. She refused, and I stormed out to call Discover card to dispute the payment.
I will never go to this horrible franchise location again, as there are so many others who have treated me with courtesy and always made the sandwich as I desired, which is what Subway always advertised. This woman should be fired, and I have written to Subway about this.
