Lady working evening on September 2nd was very kind and the sandwich was the best subway I’ve had in a while. I didn’t catch her name but she deserves lots of praise.

Ordered on the app. When I got there they said the system was updating so they couldn’t make my order. I’m on a short break from work. I showed them my order and credit card charge. They still said they couldn’t do anything. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just make the order. They see it on my phone and I showed my credit card had been charged. I just missed out on lunch because there’s nothing else open late around here. Learned my lesson.

Extremely disappointing customer service. The manager, Socorro, was by far one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered.
Additionally, the bathroom had no soap available, raising serious concerns about hygiene—especially for the staff.

I had a wonderful time there, first I came to ask for directions to the nearest boba shop and they told me very kindly,
then I came back to get a sub and they made it perfectly,
they were also very nice
and the bathroom was absolutely spotless,
if you want a sandwich or sub in the area around UCLA/Wilshire corridor I absolutely recommend this subway lol
I got a sub with salami, pepperoni, provolone, spinach, etc, it was so good rah, totally recommend

Got a sandwich. Ate the sandwich. Started studying to wait out traffic. Place was empty. The lady tells me I can’t stay. I offer to buy something else. She says I can’t stay unless I’m actively eating. I decided this place doesn’t know how to treat customers. Here is the review.

Guy was on a call the entire time as he took our order.Distracted and needed direction from the other employee.He also sneezed/coughed into his hands and didn't wash his hands before stuffing napkins into our bag.Crew needs reminder on health and sanitation.Time between 12:30-12:50 a.m on August 2nd
