These people are charging you extra for no reason. I was charged for some cookies that I didn't even ask for. I only noticed it when the lady was charging me. I ask for my receipt and she was so hesitant to give it to me. That's a red flag. Once I received my receipt and saw the charged for the cookies I ask her why she charged me for the cookies and she just pick up a phone and walk away from me. I complain to another employee and they just gave me the cookies and not my money back.

Great place to get a quick lunch. Sandwiches are always prepared as requested. Pretty the manager has always been very helpful and keeps the place looking clean and neat.

The food is ok, but definitely not even as good as other Subways. Why do the people that work here act so angry. I just ordered a footlong and there was no one in line and the lady that made my sandwich acted so angry. Sorry to have bothered you. And then they smash the bread when cutting it! And they also don't ever have other bread options other than wheat and white. It's really the worst Subway ever and I only go here when I get super desperate on campus.

Not that impressed by this location. Someone in front of me was a vegetarian and they asked the worker to switch gloves after they touched meat and the worker got annoyed. Also, I ordered a cold sandwich and didn't toast it, so it shouldn't be taxed, but they added tac anyways.

Do not go here, it is overpriced and disgusting. I don't really care about service too much at fast food places but you can't ignore how rude the people here are. The first time I tried to order sourdough, I asked what bread types they had and the lady mumbled three different times. I couldn't understand her so I asked if they had sourdough, and then she mumbled the same three types but with a bit of an angry tone so I settled for white. The workers will also put the bare minimum on your sandwich despite a 6-inch combo costing a bit above $11. For example, I asked for jalapenos and the dude put four. After they make your sandwich, the workers grab any knife out of a little tub (all of the knives are used and disgusting, some had dried-up sauce or were simply dirty) and press it on to the middle of your sandwich to fold it. I don't care if it's to help fold the sandwich properly, I don't appreciate the cross-contamination and it's gross. My friend also used to know someone who worked at Blaze (which is right next to the Subway station) and she said there were dead roaches in the back area that aren't even taken care of. They're simply there. This is only a rumor but I doubt it's only a rumor because you simply can't make it up. If you really want Subway, go to the hospital, the service is excellent. If you are hungry, go somewhere else, or starve.

After Subway was closed, two workers greeted me with enthusiasm and helped me heat up my food. They went out of their way with kindness, and I really appreciate it. They are wonderful employees and people!

The food was okay but the service here was below par. The cashier/manager was an Indian woman who was extremely rude to my friend and me. Due to the noise in the background, we could not hear her as she asked us "what sandwich?" we ordered. She angrily turned to another worker asking what sandwich we ordered which they explained. She then aggressively exclaimed "how can you study at UCLA?!?! when you don't even know your sandwich" in our faces and shoved our sandwich to us hastily on the table. I understand that it is stressful to work during a rush but that does not mean you can patronize customers and imply they are stupid. We are shocked at the poor customer service here.

Mask should be worn over the face and mouth, not under the chin. One star.

Just your typical subway, only difference is that it's located inside UCLA. Food tastes like how it would if you bought it at an outside Subway. This place gets busy during lunch hours because students and staff end up here around the same time so expect to see a line and wait if you go around lunch time. Service isn't that great, employees are always mad for some reason...seems like that's what other reviewers are also experiencing so I'm guessing I'm not alone. It's unfortunate that is the experience you get at UCLA...if I were to expect that kind of service and really badly crave a Subway sandwich, I would just go to an outside Subway.

The woman making my friend's sandwich today refused to put on her mask while she was making his sandwich, even when he begged her to. She had it around her neck but just refused to pull it up. The manager did nothing encourage the employee to wear her mask, he simply told another server to make my friend's sandwich. That's just not good customer service in the middle of pandemic. Come on. Just be a decent human being. I certainly won't be eating there any time soon if they are not concerned about keeping me safe.

Suboptimal service and I ended up getting food poisoning most recently. Better off getting pizza at Blaze next door.

Over Price, Way Over Priced! A UCLA Thing..Due to Food Cost Manager, and They hate ...Taking Coupons, Food Cost Manager Gripes and Moans About Everything... too much. I avoid this Location and go over to The Subway at UCLA Hospital...The Staff There is 100% Nicer Than Food Cost Manager! And Truly 100% at all times, the most nasty awful manager. He likes to wine about food cost...food cost...and food cost! At all times. This manager sings only One Tune..if you ask for extra whatever, he is singing one more time...Food Cost! The Cold Indian Cashier is Much Nicer than...Food Cost Manager. A truly nasty dude.
