I get to the subway , they have a national promotion 1 Cookie with a 1 dollar cup of coffee I get to subway they pour me the last cup of cold coffee and and charge me for it and then tell me there's no cookies with coffee at this location.

My complaint....this store does not participate in the Deals and rewards. Very selfish of the owner, he wants to make money from customers but doesn't care to reward them!!! VERY INCONSIDERATE AND Greedy avoid this place and it's over priced items. Too easy to make a sandwich at home....and more affordable.

I was going to buy 15 subs here, but they said I was ordering too many subs. " They said there were too many people at the store" when the whole place was empty. So I bought 6 with a coupon. So thirty minutes because there wasn't enough I came back to buy another 3 subs (without a coupon) but they said that they refused to make me 3 more subs. Claiming that I needed to order online for more than 5 subs. Is this true? If it is then I'll need to see a policy that states this. Cause this makes no sense. Also because I used a coupon they refused to sell me a sub with the orginal price. I am not too sure where this came from. I have two witnesses with their numbers. I really want an explaination.
