They just don't know what they are doing !? I've tried giving this spot a chance for the past 4 years . They just really really really really suck. Takes them half an hour to get a sandwich out. They skimp you on the toppings too. I gotta say it's probably owned by the sushi people next door . It's so sad cause I love me some subway. Hit up the one on Vermont and 5th they get their shit done !!!

RIP OFF!!! Ordered a BLT wrap at 13 dollars and it was literally no bigger that an average hotdog size, I will never repeat!

Stood there for 10-15 mins before even being acknowledged. no one else in store, two people working and standing in front of me behind counter. Then to be told they don't even have in stock what I wanted. This is not the first time this happens at this location. Management needs to teach employees how to greet customers coming in.

One of the worst Subway in LA, the customer service was terrible I waited 5 mins to be help they kept walking pass me having conversation with each other I was the only one in line, and then I got served some terrible food on top of it, veggies looked old and I asked for rottseie chicken to be tosted and the meat was cold I ended just throwing the food away and wasted 8 dollars.

Do not come to this location. I tried to give this place a shot with all the bad negative reviews but count it as lesson learned. They charged me $12 for this. You can count the prices of meat and bell peppers. Save your money and don't let them ruin your lunch and bank account!

This is the best subway every time. The attitude of the workers are always amazing when we are there. Today we got helped by Karla and Isabel who were the best. We don't do complicated orders but we like to super customize our sandwiches and the patience that they had and how well they took care of our orders. We asked for extra dressing and they made sure we got it how we wanted. We even asked for super toasted sandwiches and every time they opened the oven they made sure to make it toasty and add extra time. Their whole vibes and attitude were just so inviting and sweet throughout the entire time! Thanks so much!!!!

Visit 9/13/22 @ 6PM Are you kidding me? A lady bug? When worker cut my sandwich, she was staring at the sandwich, rotating my sandwich. She then packed my sandwich anyways. It was very weird, but I didn't know why she did that. Took a bite at home, and found out that she packed a surprise for me. This place is disgusting.

I am a part time Doordash dasher . The employees in this location lack proper communication skills . Right when I went in a guy with glasses said that the order wasn't ready . 5 mins later I asked a ( no sabo a** girl who can't say separate transaction in Spanish ) girl how much longer I had to wait for the order. She tells- I assume the lead and he says that he will work on it . Even The guy that helped me first even offered me a free soda which i declined because I was waiting so long . I ask the guy again . And he said that he was barely going to do the customers order even though he did someone's else order and that patron wasn't even there. I missed four other orders because I waited over 15 minutes This is a learning experience, but they should at least be honest with their times .
