We needed to place an order for a company event and placed it last minute. Smerlinh was so amazing. She was the only one present and she still managed to call another helper and prepare party tray platters for 35 people. The platter had condiments and the presentation was amazing. I had requested specialization and she went above and beyond. Everyone at the meeting had great things to say about the lunch! Thank you Subway!

I stood in line from 1:20pm till 1:46pm just for them to tell me they were out of turkey. I asked if they could just give me ham in place of the turkey. They said they could not but I could buy extra ham. On top of the long wait, and the terrible service, the place looked dirty with unhoused individuals basically loitering inside. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't eat there.

Set my daughter to leave me a spicy Italian and a Cold cut sandwich ? both was a mess I paid for this And I asked for double meet This was not double meat and badly wrapped I knew it wasn't right when I pulled it out the bag I don't mind paying for it if it's what I want All of that Maego on that sandwich were is the double meat I have a great picture of the last sandwich I got I'm going to put them side by side.

Ordered delivery through their app only to get my order cancelled by them. After calling about 6 times they finally answered and said I needed to order thru Doordash, Uber Eats, or other services, as opposed to their own app. Why would their app have an option for delivery if they won't accept it? Won't be bothering with Subway anymore.

This place might as well close at 9:00pm. They always say Cash only because "system crashed" how coincidental that every time I come at this hour there system is down and employees are cleaning like they ready to bounce. I know from experience that systems don't crash. Employees typically restart the system and use this as an excuse to not help customers knowing that we rarely carry cash now.

Ordered through the app and was cancelled twice for no apparent reason. Cards were good, gave me an ETA, then after a while both my orders were cancelled wasting my time.
