Yo this subway sucks Asked for my sandwich lightly toasted and it came out burnt. The bread looks like it was packaged last year. I got the classic Italian and asked for turkey in there too. I thought it would be free or like 50 cents extra. It was 4 dollars extra. The whole reason I came to subway was to spend around 10 dollars and it came out to over 15 for a mid ass sandwich. Lesson learned

The manager or supervisor of the store is so rude and disrespectful towards customers and other employees. I come porten and I constantly hear him mansplaining to female employees and micromanaging employees in front of customers leaving everyone uncomfortable. There was no designated area for pickups. After waiting in a long line trying to pick up an order, I showed the order confirmation to an employee and she didn't believe it was mine. Instead of trying to help he tells her to leave me alone. Then argues with me if the order is mine. After stating my name and the order multiple times he kept denying me my food!

It's really unfortunate when a business will pick to lose a client over being helpful and reasonable. I was charged for my subway through the app and the app had a glitch that showed me clearly . I called the subway and they said wait one day and I was charged they would be able to help me but they assured me I wasn't charged which I see it on my phone as charged sure enough it charged me the next day and when I called they said I was lying, that I didn't know how I was using the app, proceeded to tell me that how I was charged couldn't be possible . I have been doing the same transaction and visiting the subway starting march with no prior issues and they couldn't accommodate me with a 6 inch sub . I did not eat lunch that day and today. It's not about the sub or price it's the fact they would call me a liar and think I was trying to get over the business. Sad as this is the closest subway but I will not return .

I'd advise to staff up prior to convensions taking place near by.3 and you're able to spit up the work.4 people and everyone had a station to make the experience even quicker.Ordered 3 subs through app and got a deal.Showed it was ready after 8 minutes.I arrive to pick it up and they're more concerned about helping the people in lobby.I wait 3 people for them to be rung up. Then I ask for my order. "We haven't started any pick/mobile orders. Sorry."

I was in this subway about 7:30 pm and there was ONE employee working she was working her butt ..there were about 6 customers at the time..she was extremely professional and made me a great sand.. i give her 5 stars she should be given raise.. while i was waiting in line i noticed alot of disheveled homeless coming into the store trying to use the soda machine.. the management needs to have a security guard working these subways to protect the staff and customers from these angry mentally ill homeless people .. if was a business in downtown la and needed to hire security guards to protect their businesses i would make the city pay for it since this is a failure due to lack of leadership and indifference on the city/county part..i think the subway employee name is veronica or somethng to that effect

Just had the worst service there from some young guy who didn't want to give us the restroom code after we payed he wasn't listening to our order and kept getting mad for messing up the order then his whole family came to come hang out with him take over all the tables and not buy anything so disrespectful and rude

wish I can get 0 star,my girlfriend went to get foods and got yelling at. The person did wrong sandwich and refuse to correct it. I don't get why he get so offended,he even didn't start make the sandwich yet.
