The staff could not be more incompetent. I asked for a 6 inch blt and the lady behind the counter said they no longer had that combo so she'd charge me a different combo plus the ingredients....Total came out to $19. It didn't register that she could've just charged me for the bread and ingredients, there was no reason to substitute the no longer existing "blt" to rack up more charges.Incompetent thieves.

I was greeted upon entry by the staff & the worker that made my sandwich was nice and friendly.

This morning I came from 8:15 to 8:30 am my son went to buy sandwiches, one breakfast and another was 33 young who has 2 earrings, it took a long time to prepare the son ordered one, he heated it and the other didn't heat it and I told him why Please give us what we asked for, we need to leave, he answered THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER ONE, I told him ok bye. We left without the sandwiches. We feel discriminated against. Look at the camera. yes 1224 wiltshire blvd.

Solid Subway. I got Ultimate BMT. Everything was good but for some reason literally every Subway has problems with bread - it's just not tasty.

The food and the service was great and the restaurant was very clean!What was not not so clean is the outside area of the restaurant.Absolutely disgusting.There was human waste right next to the entrance because the damn and disgusting homeless were everywhere, like walking dead.There were rotting and cadaverous junkies drugging themselves in plain sight and in broad daylight not more than 20 feet away from the store.I didn't even enjoy my meal, because I couldn't avoid seeing the parade of very disturbing and disgusting people through the window.And for this reason, I cannot recommend this store.
