Placed an online order and came in directly afterwards so I could make sure it was made how I wanted. The manager seemed a little annoyed at my modifications , even made it a point to show me she had my order receipt in front of her. I politely told her I would like to make modifications like toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers and I wanted the condiments on the bread side. She answered with “we already do that now” as if I was dumb for not knowing. She wasn’t very happy overall and even laughed amongst herself at the end. But she made my sandwich very well. So the customer service is not the best. But the sandwiches are pretty good. Might be back to give them another chance.

Between the plastic screen and the loud music, I never hear a darn thing any sandwich artist is trying to say. If you hold the power button under the TV it will turn off.

Located in historical Little Tokyo. This subway has a very nice large layout. The sitting area is very nice and big.

Unfortunately this location really appears suffering from the increased traffic from skid row with a plastic barrier over the counter, not carrying the full menu and belongings of the unhoused piled in a corner. Can be an intimidating experience compare to the neighboring businesses.
Parking: Parking limited to paid lots and minimal street parking which is in high demand.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming sandwich spot, and it was nothing short of amazing! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with rustic decor that sets the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional. But the real star of the show was the food! Each sandwich was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I can't wait to return and try more of their incredible creations!
