I work in the same plaza it was my lunch break and they gonna say their service is down they are not taking orders and the tall gives me that look like if I didn’t understood what he said while they where still ringing up a person just because there was a fight outside they didn’t want to take an order

I didn't like that the staff was not accessible, I wanted to exchange one ingredient for another knowing that mine was more expensive than the other and still they didn't give me the option to discount if I took that ingredient away from it, I have gone to other branches and they are kinder and take less time.
