I work in the same plaza it was my lunch break and they gonna say their service is down they are not taking orders and the tall gives me that look like if I didn’t understood what he said while they where still ringing up a person just because there was a fight outside they didn’t want to take an order

I didn't like that the staff was not accessible, I wanted to exchange one ingredient for another knowing that mine was more expensive than the other and still they didn't give me the option to discount if I took that ingredient away from it, I have gone to other branches and they are kinder and take less time.

The customer service was bad that little lady was giving attitude! The sandwich was ok but I didn't feel it "fresh" even tho it was not toasted.

This subway lacks customer service for sure...what happened with "welcome to subway " these guys are just there doing customers a favor ? definitely not spending my $$$ here....the guy who was going to help us just stood there so random.

Every time I visit this subway there is a problem. Today there were no soup containers, so they tried to give me a cup with a measly 2 half scoops of soup. I was appalled that they would give me a cup that wasn't even half filled. I have gone before and was completely ignored and there was only one other customer and he was being helped. I have also gone and when I began to eat my soup it was cold, not even lukewarm. The customer service is also not great. This location leaves much to be desired. I won't be back until they get their act together.
