Alex was amazing he made 7 sandwiches all by himself was patient went the extra mile. Not to mention it was an extremely rush of customers. Alex was amazing definitely showed great customer service.

I'm sorry but Carolina has very bad customer service!!! I don't know if she doesn't like her job or what but she's so wrong in the way she talks and treats customers she messing up this subway location! Her co-worker assisted me way better than she did. Sorry was not able to get the co-workers name with great customer service, but if anyone deserves to move up it would be her and not Carolina. She completely ignored me when asking for this deal you guys used to have. She said "there are no specials here" and walked away. Ignoring me after I asked her another question. 1. I wasn't asking for specials I was asking for the combo deal. She needs to learn the difference and stop being an a**, cause she's gonna catch the wrong one. Like if it's her subway. Disgusting behavior and not a way to speak to anyone. Ask to get assisted by anyone else but her check your cameras and you will see what I'm talking about.

By far the worse subway I've ever been to. My first time here & honestly I got nothing but a bad additude from all the ladies, ESPECIALLY the cashier asked for some extra crackers that I would pay for & she answered with an additude saying "ya no tenemos quieres pan" when the next person in line also got a soup & she gave him crackers. She also proceeded with making faces when asking for napkins & throwing them at you. I said thank you & she didn't even bother to answer.I will never come back here & I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless you want to be greeted with additudes & get bad additudes only for simpler questions. Never again
