This is one of my favorite subway! I tend to order online, so my bias on the service might be a little off. My sandwich have never disappointed. They always sauce it up and I love that. I’ve gone to a completely different subway, where they were really skimpy on the sauce, but this one does not hesitate with it! The staff is always nice. But I always order one online. On one occasion, I ordered online 6 raspberry cookies and when I got there they said they had ran out and could only give me 3. So they put different cookies in there to replace them. It made me sad only because, the raspberry cookie is their only good cookie. I wish I would have known they didn’t have anymore because I would not have brought the other 3 Random’s cookies.
Only Subway I've been to where customers don't have access to restrooms...what a joke

If you're African American, I wouldn't recommend going in there, especially don't grab water from the fridge without first stopping at the counter. I'm giving you a heads up because if you do, they might confront you aggressively, to the point where you might feel the need to defend yourself with force. This situation is concerning because they should have a sign at the door explaining their policy. They don't know what someone might be going through that day to cause them to react violently to being stereotyped as a thief simply because of their race. Overall, it's a negative experience for everyone involved.

Had to take stars for poor attitude and inattention to directions. I placed my order online and gave very specific instructions and even clarified them as he was assembling my sandwiches in front of me. Even then I could tell by his attitude that he didn't want to hear my input. As if I was interrupting his work. Chances are that I won't be patronizing this particular Subway in the future. I have been a Subway patron for 40+ years. I know things about Subway that current employees do not! I also find it unacceptable that I could not get a cup of ice water. If they ran out the mgr should get some cups from any of the myriad vendors located within 2 blocks.
The guy who made my sandwich acted like he didn't want to give it to me for being short one penny when he had a change cup right there at the counter fill of change. So I said REALLY? Then I told him I have change in the car since it's like THAT! So he finally my food to me and I say in my car and ate it , then I got his penny and went back in and out it on the counter and walked out. THEN LATER, THE FOOD GAVE ME DIARRHEA LATER THAT DAY. NOT GOING BACK THERE.

The food quality use to be fair...but now it's just completely gross.. food is obviously not fresh but now they serve soggy veggies and possibly spoiled.. I would not recommend subway to anyone...I also ordered online and always leve notes like add the sauce first directly on the bread .. it seems like they don't even bother to look at the notes. When I ask online for extra sauce or jalapeños it seems like they put less than normal.. today they put the wrong type of meat on our sandwich...definitely my last day eating at subway..
