I've been going to this subway for over 7 years now and never had any complaints. But for the past 2 months there's this older guy who works there with a strong Spanish accent who's been working here for years, that makes up his own rules. I went in earlier to buy a footlong cookie and another associate was getting it and he stopped her and said " we can only buy it in the am" I was confused because that policy was not written no where. I asked the associate what was going on and she said that was the first time she had heard that. This guy discriminates against African Americans and I will never visit this location again that's the 3nd time I've experienced poor service from him..will be contacting corporate

We stop by in the morning on our way to work. Says they open at 7:30 and open 5 minutes later, we waited until they open so that when we walk in an order they tell us they didn't had white bread ready.: like really that's your most top sale bread they should be ready and prepare when opening...

You know that what you what you ordered vs what you got thing going around? Well I ordered a salad and I got that Not only that they forgot the lettuce? It's a whole bowl of NOTHING for $7+ and they still called me to tell me they don't make the pizzas the app is apparently promoting - NEVER AGAIN. P.S - ordered delivery and the deliverer was great, but the order itself was a huge HELL NO!

Service was bad bad. But I will never order from there our on line. They refuse to make the order correct and was rude. I stayed calm and asked for manager after debating the order and making it a huge deal the dude Jose said his manager who wasn't there agree to change replace it....smh but still had to go over the policy one more time. Totally bad business and be ware of orders online because they have a no exchange policy and might embarrass you like he did me. But I stayed polite even underneath it all
