They are so dammm slow !!!
Clean and felt like home
One particular employee refuses to give a decent portion of veggies and especially refuses to give double portions of vegetables, which company policy clearly allows. It is not worth coming here when they are going to skimp on the veggies. It is a $12 sandwich. The employee responds with a blank stare and states that she has already given a larger than regular portion. Every other employee at this location has been great and they all seem to understand the veggie policy well. I have been coming here for years and have had no other issues before this person started working here. I am especially annoyed at this given the company image involves fresh veggies and that the app clearly states that double portions of veggies are complimentary. For reference, I asked more spinach and jalapeños.
I really enjoyed how fresh all their ingredients looked. The staff are polite. What I really liked was the prices were reasonable and affordable.
Food is really good. Just make sure you got coupons
Lady is super rude!!! Bad customer service!!! She acts like she owns the place. Don't feel welcome at all..
When ordering, online system didn't inform me regular coke from machine was unavailable. When I asked the Hispanic man if they could just swap it with a bottle, he said "no, I'm sorry." Not the best online ordering system or customer service from this location.

Probably just had one of the worst subway sandwiches I’ve ever received from any location. Tried to hide the under portioned tuna by spreading it out but clearly wasn’t even one scoop. Quality/consistency of this brand has gone down significantly in the past couple years, but this 12 dollar sandwich with literally a light spread of tuna and a handful of day old spinach had made sure I will never partake in this once beloved sandwich shop again.

Worst experience I've ever had at any subway I have ordered from. The women serving us could not follow instructions to full-fill the order at all. My request to have my sandwich toasted or to add marinera sauce was completely ignored and rudely denied with baseless excuses. I highly recommend eating at another subway as this location lacks any real customer care or care for their store location. Waste of hard earned money and time.
