Aurora is very rude to her customers. I observed her as I was waiting to be served. Her customer service is the worse! A guy asked for a straw didn’t even acknowledge him, just grabbed it and gave it to him without saying a word. Not even a here you go sir.. he said thank you and she didn’t even respond with mannerism. I’m glad I was not helped by her! She was only nice to some young guys 😂 all of the sudden her mood changed and she was happy!!! What a cougar! Even called them her bfs lmao anyway the other lady that was there helped me and she was the sweetest!

As with location seemingly, they have a bit of a hard time following specific instructions for making sandwich. It is always better to order thru the app from inside the store. That way you can give them directions when they make it. More importantly for ordering from the app is you can use the coupon codes without having the coupon in hand. Using coupons will become even more important thanks to our hypocrite Governor of California and the $20/hr min. wage.
