Was genuinely surprised by how more they charge than other subways. The spicy Italian I get for under 10 dollars are close to 15 dollars at this location.

Horrible customer service! Who doesn't wash their hands before eating???... Well, I got my sandwich, and I asked to wash my hands before I started eating... but unfortunately, the bathroom was out of service ... I asked the cashier if I could wash my hands only, and he replied with, "No, it's company policy that the bathroom is out of service". This place completely sucks!!!

Never AGAIN!!! They price gauge at this location!! Whoever is the owner (being that it’s a franchise) should be ASHAMED of the prices!!! $18.86 for a 6 inch, drink and cookie…other locations I frequent are nowhere NEAR these prices- oh and there is NO parking as the lot remains full as I had to park on the sidewalk!
Terrible customer service from Elizabeth who laughed at us for trying to use a coupon. She then proceeded to make it ultra confusing as to what sandwiches we could or could not order. She had originally stated we could order from numbers one through 12, then last when we ordered number 10 and said we could not order from one through 12. We then ordered one that was number 14, to which she left again and said fine with bread would you like? I asked if that would be included with the coupon and she laughed and said we'll see you when I bring it up. At that point we decided to just leave because this was way too difficult for a simple SUBWAY® visit. So disappointing.

Pésimo servicio Resulta que no hablan español. Cuando se burlan de los clientes y dicen soy americana Y uno les habl en inglés y se quedan callado mas atención en las personas que contratan. Más en los manager que siempre se están burlando de todo. Hablo dos idiomas y quieren crearse muy american es un area de latinos please no gente que se burle de los clientes. Que por eso trabajan

There was two young ladys that helped me and my friend out with an order. Great staff, great sub, and superior guest service.Those girls need to to be supervisors or managers soon

We ordered delivery. Delivery guy was great! But the sandwiches were so week. They put very little of the ingredients inside. One of the sandwiches was missing the cheese entirely! I usually go to the subway by my work in Pasadena...and they always make the sandwiches great!!

I was doing laundry down the street so I placed an order thru the app. Said my sandwich should be ready in 15 mins. 15 mins pass and the app said my order wasn't ready so I walked down and when I got there I told the server I was there to pick up. He look confused, turned around and said "oh s*** I'll get on that right now." I would understand if he was the only one working there but there was a middle aged white lady working there too. I don't understand why none of them saw the order. This was on a Thursday night around 10:45 pm.
