Recently ordered a tuna foot-long on the subway app received the order, and for some reason, they only gave me a small amount of tuna on the top part of the sub for some reason it’s very thin. It seems like they only gave me one scoop of tuna and just spread it throughout the whole sub Normally when I go to Subway, the meat is normally at the bottom and it’s more than what I received I’m highly disappointed. I contact the store. The store told me it’s nothing that they could do about it until tomorrow because the manager is gone!!

On March 11, 2025. I ordered a 6 inch Tuna sub and a foot long from this subway. To my surprise when I opened my sandwich, there was no TUNA. I already left the store and was hoping to eat my sandwich at work but there was NO TUNA! I attempted to call the store, but there was no answer. I tried to call Subway Customer Service but Subway does not have Custer service phone number. I wrote an angry email on the 11th, but no response (current date: March 15, 2025). I’ve decided not to eat Subway from this store again. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD MISSING THE MAIN INGREDIENT!!!!!

I placed a order through the app and The employee Carlos was very fast on working on my order when i arrived he was almost done and was very quick on having my order done 10/10 service 10/10 food , 10/10 customer service, 10/10 store cleanliness
Worse service, lady lied about coupons not been taken at the store but I was able to place an order online at the same location. , lady has an attitude , old lady with glasses and curly blondish hair need to quit her job if she doesn’t like to work there

I came in at 3:30pm and it was packed , there was one girl working I believe her name is Victoria she was giving outstanding customer service. There was this other girl working didn’t see her name tag but she had purple hair … she was taking her sweet time to help her coworker out .. this isn’t the first time I see it happen .. I understand you hate your job but it’s a job for a reason … poor girl that was working with her she was rushing trying to help out customers while the other one was taking a whole 30 minutes attending 1 person. I will only be coming back only when I don’t see that other girl working… I waited 1 hour to get my sandwich done. ?

TERRIBLE customer service!! I walked there in the rain (it's a 6 minute walk) got there 10 minutes before they closed and their door was unlocked, chairs still unstacked and the girl at the register refused to serve me. I mean it would probably not irk me as much if I wanted some crazy sandwich order 10 minutes before close, but literally all I wanted was cookies.....cookies that were still in the plastic window next to the register. She clearly just wanted to make sure she could leave at 11pm instead of close at 11pm like it says they do. Idk but when I worked behind a register, you lock the door at close then shut it all down and clean it all up. So if you were off at 11pm and you were closing ,you didn't actually get to leave until closer to 11:20pm (give or take). Needless to say, walking back home in the rain cookie less sucked. (Btw, after making it back to mine, I looked at my watch and it STILL was BEFORE 11pm)!
Good service and feel especially considering the location. But the food had so little meat in it I was not sure it was there until I looked for it. A lettuce sandwich, recession, I get it but come
