Food and service here has been great all the times I've come here. The only thing I'm frustrated by is this establishment recently stopped letting customers get a free cup of water. I've never been to a restaurant that doesn't offer that until today and it made me sad. Still good food and nice people though.

12/12/23 , around 2PM. Gentleman who assisted me was great. No water cups or restroom usage for paying customers. This is not a gas station-- access to the bathroom should be included with a $15 meal. Some of us like to wash our hands when we're done eating.

Subway usually slaps but this location didn't hit. Would've been fine if i could at least wash it down with some water but was denied even the right of a free cup. When I had felt defeated in my visit to this location and all i wanted was to use the bathroom, I was additionally denied that right as they are under some "employees only" bs.

I'm a Subway enjoyer, for sure. When my roomate and I decided where to eat we were eager to have the build your own sandwich option we love at Subway. Nothing better to go with that sandwich than refreshing water. Unfortunately we were denied a water cup, this is the first time in my entire life I haven't gotten a water for free at a restaurant. Then when wanting to clean our hands and use the restroom I was denied! After paying $15 for a meal I couldn't even use the restroom. Horrible establishment, don't come here.

Got a sandwich on Sunday September 17th at night and the employee that made my sandwich was extremely high and it appeared he was under influence of drugs. It was very hard to communicate with him and talk to him.

same! I just transferred from JHU to here. Could the store be onboard on Hinbor? I've ordered Stout burgers and Pizza Please on campus through Hinbor.Let me know when you do :)
Could we order Subway through Hinbor when we are in the USC dorm?Too expensive when ordering from Uber Eats.

Got a tuna sandwich, I couldn't even wash my hands to eat my sandwich. Don't support these employees trying to make a living. can't even have the human decency to allow a customer with a child to use a restroom. The audacity telling us it's just for employees. Not it's not if an operating restaurant has dine in seating they must allow customers to use the restroom, ive gone down this list of reviews and there all for restroom use, so when will you finally put in a service channel to get it fix? Ridiculous, that's sign on the door seems like they've typed it themselves to make it seem legit as if it's from the health department.

I really wanted a subway sandwich after a hard days work as a Vet but I couldn't find any way to spend my money at this location. I don't know what these businesses are open to take your money for purchases but won't allow you to use their restroom. How demoralizing! Laws need to be enacted and enforced especially for those with disabilities. Anyhow; thanks, Blaze Pizza! I rather spend my money with you guys!!!
