worst subway ever if a customer obviously comes to you with a deal on the app or anything in that nature they are obviously aware and are subway customers frequently the men and women that was serving when I went were unprofessional

I'll stay consistent with their ratings. I've stopped here two other times and one of those times wasn't good! How can y'all not have spinach??? Ralph's grocery store is just over a mile away. Go get some. Then y'all want to charge these same dam prices when you are not offering what I want or substitute it for some none nutritional iceberg lettuce. Then, some items didn't even look fresh. Subway should be ashamed because their quality of food just isn't the same in the hood. Plus it is unfair to the employee. After that ordeal; who wants to give them a tip!? You can't even pay for your meal without all these companies having these tip menus to pop up. Some places are blatantly charging tips on bills automatically! I hate having to be negative about these businesses but y'all are taking in customer's money without having used to par quality! Y'all need to do better!!!

We ordered catering for a champagne party and one of the heavy guys got our order wrong. He gave us attitude when we were going to collect our order yesterday morning (sandwiches and cookies). The bottom of the sandwich bun was soggy and not very tasty. The chocolate chip cookies were burnt and were not edible. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they need to get rid of this guy. He doesn’t do orders right (our second experience with him and he messed up both times) and he gives attitude when he’s wrong each time. Hire better people.

I will never go here to order. I order from Grubhub, and they forgot my order, which was for my granddaughter. I order her oatmeal raisins, and chocolate milk, and I didn't even get what I order. I even order me a salad, and it wasn't a full salad. I do not recommend anyone to even place their order. Go to a nother Subway
