Worst location ever. Small portions , rude workers and they get offended when you want to customize your sandwich. Very rude may I add again. Unfortunately I come on my lunch break which is apparently the wrong time to come. I would give no stars if possible to send 32 dollars for 2 sandwiches and attitude is disappointing and sad.

I've been coming here for breakfast for the past month (between 7-8 AM) and the dining area is always clean (luckily empty because it's so early!) and the service worker who makes my sandwich is very nice and friendly, and makes my sandwiches quick but accurately as I'm ordering in between my bus rides to work.

Customer service is non existent. Food is low quality and overpriced they add little charges to order over and and over again. Honestly I take the bus to Jersey mikes to avoid this establishment.

This location has definitely improved over the past few years. Use to have issues with food quality and customer service but past few times I've been I've noticed a dramatic difference. The food is well taken care of and the store looks refreshed. Additionally, staff is much more prompt and easy to order with. They're fairly quick if it isn't too crowded. Food I won't comment on too much as I'd imagine everyone knows subway and what they offer. Tuna, subway club, and pastrami are my personal favs but to each their own. Cookies are actually pretty good at this location so I would recommend getting those.Good option if you're going to the music center, Disney theater or courthouse. Parking is difficult as they are part of the plaza that is heavily walked to, so keep that in mind. Has good seating space inside and outdoors in plaza.

Did not care at all when trying to speak to her about she could speak and train me other ways instead of screaming every shift I had with her and said "Do you expect me to give you flowers and be fake nice?'.. Too hostile in general, do better for those trying to help your store. So many examples I could write but it would be too long. - Former Employee

this subway is horrible, Try using my gift card I got for x-mad they try to tell me it wasn't valid, could explain why. couldn't use it, very bad customer service stated the manager is on vacation so there is no supervision and the staff that is there can't understand what a gift card is or know how to input the code. They can barely speak any english very unhelpful. Hung up on me when I tried to ask for the senior employee.
