I used the curbside pick-up service and had an unfortunate experience. Right from the moment the employee came out, without any interaction from my side, his behavior was unfriendly. He didn’t say a word to me, and his gestures and expressions were quite unwelcoming. This was particularly disheartening after a long day. I've noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews. I believe customer service, especially in initial interactions, is crucial and hope this feedback contributes to improvements in the future.

I think the employees are fraudulent, they get $15 from the products I ate for nine $10 elsewhere, so this corresponds to 50%, a subway with a really bad character.

I have never had them deliver my curbside order successfully. The phone is always off the hook and they don't answer and parking is horrid.

It's a really small Subway. The olny reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I wanted to dine in and they only had a very small table on the inside and and only a slightly larger table on the outside.
The people who work there are extremely rude and treat clients like they are doing you a favor. They degrade and demean clients. You walk out feeling humiliated. Go to another Subway if you can. You will be much better off.
