Very bad customer service Very rude didn't want to help me with water I had to walk down to Ralph's I come back they got a whole case of water She didn't even tell me and told me thank you have a nice day
After all these years subway still hasn't found a sharp knife to slice through their fresh baked bread
I ordered from the Subway app. I bought coffee and a sandwich. When I got to the store they told me there was no coffee. They sell products that are not in stock.
This subway location is horrible. I placed an order online with specific instructions to toast bread without tuna and cheese. It just so happens that I walked in while the lady started to prepare it. She goes to toast it with the tuna. I did speak up and she corrected that. However, the way she made my sandwich was horrible. I got two sandwiches made. On both of the sandwiches, it was barley tuna. Then the way she threw all the veggies on should be unacceptable. Everything was piled up in the middle. I didn’t have it in me to go back and forth. I felt like I wasted my money. Not all subways are like this. This is the second time I’ve been to this location. I didn’t like it the first time so I don’t even know why I went back.
This subway manager or leadership needs to monitor their staff for major quality control improvement . Paid for extra cheese, not there. Paid for veggie patties, literally no veggie patties and just the condiments I added with toasted bread. At least the bread was good?
Today I encounter a rude employee at Subway restaurant. I placed my order and paid with my Apple Pay. Apple Pay and my bank showed that the transaction was successful. Subway restaurant employee told me the transaction didn’t go through and I show her proof that the transaction did go through. She declined to give me my order after I paid. So I proceeded to request for a manager or customer service number, she still wasn’t willing to give me that information. Super disappointed with the customer service at this subway restaurant I paid for my ordered and didn’t receive none of it, but they happily took my money.
Now I need to call my bank and report them as fraud.
Loved the broccoli cheddar soup! A wonderful addition to any Subway sandwich.

I order via DoorDash and this store sucks!!! I pay for extra meat and cheese - they never give it to me. The few slices of black olive would not add up to 2 full olives. 2 slices of pickle, barely any lettuce, I never get the oil/ vinegar. Nor do you get croutons or crackers. It is a disgrace and the crew should be fired. This has now happened 5 times. Why can’t they make a decent salad fir $13. The best part is you call to speak with a manger and the number goes directly to a mobile telephone voicemail. I’m done with this subway. Such a rip-of&4

App didn't work was unable to purchase/use my available coupons. Employees unable to assist because they act like they didn't understand or speak English. One employee trying to translate what I she thought I was saying. Was a huge mess. Sandwich maker didn't toast my bread and meat prior to putting other items on my sandwich. Actually started to walk out several times without the sandwich. Will never return to this particular location. In the end meal was paid for without using the app and we left being dissatisfied with the lack of service. Regardless of the app not cooperating. Our sandwiches weren't toasted/heated and we weren't able to enjoy the food. Others may have a different experience. Good luck!!

I ordered via app. Both my sandwiches were dry and whoever made them didn't bother to customize my sandwiches as specified. I tried to call several times and no answer. The phone rings 1 time and automatically disconnected as if someone is intentionally refusing calls. I'm very disappointed and would like my sandwiches made correctly or a full refund.

Worst svc ever. Online pickup was a flop. No customizations offered via online. Tried to call store but no answer. Phone out of service. Visited store on advance of order large order pick up and staff was rude and couldn't problems solve. Had to write put customizations for 1st visit to store then return to store an hour later for pick up. Phone should be working for this reason. Customizations should be offered online for efficient ordering. Staff so rude, I wish I could have canceled order. Never returning to this store. Will go to Jersey Mike's instead!

16 dollars for a sandwich lol and they still forgot to include the avocado that I ordered :/
