bad service, the young lady(she has a tattoo on her arm saying Romeo) working there had a attitude the entire time not just with me but with everyone one. some older man kindly asked her for the same sandwich I got and she gave an attitude

I paced an order over the app on 9/11/23, I was notified that my order was ready but when I showed up at the location, there was a long line, when I asked about my online order I was told it wasn't ready and I had to wait in line in order to get my order made. I left and bought Burger King in the same commercial center. I contacted subway guest care and up to this day, I haven't heard back from them.

Horrible customer service really rude women, none of them wearing their badges attitude given like they don’t care. More interested in their private conversation and gossip, rather than attending to customers needs. I could’ve been rude instead and walked away , I chose to wait for my food to be prepared and post a review on this.

How do you mess up an order this bad?! I ordered through door dash and once I received my order it was missing the most important ingredient! The meat! All the sandwich had was the toppings.

This establishment has an extremely rude employee. We told her we needed minute and this lady gave us a rude expression and threw the utensils on the floor. Don't buy here
My food was OKAY. Did not amuse me one bit. The employees were just the same. I wish they'd acknowledge guests coming in. They do work hard and I can see that they make a MINIMAL effort. It all comes down to management and I hope they figure it out, this location has potential

Ordered online and DoorDash delivered the wrong items tried calling Resturaunt but no one picked up called until closing time the sandwich looked old not fresh, missing soda and side items I want a refund. Please never order close to closing they won’t do a good job and your food/sandwich won’t be fresh

I went in at 9pm sunday and the server did not have a mask on. I had to repeat my order many times and he couldn't remember the sandwiches just made for me
