They are stingy and unsanitary, even for a Subway. I know not to expect world class food from a Subway don’t get me wrong, but I ordered a veggie sandwich (which I get about once every few weeks from multiple other subways in the area) and they gave me 3-half slices of cheese. Typically on a foot long you get 8-10-half slices. Then when I asked for avocado I got half of the usual amount but was charged the same. Not to mention the avocado was sitting out and had become very brown. The lettuce was old and browning, and the spinach was freezer burned. I then got a drink cup, which was handed to me covered in short black hairs. I wound up having to get a refund because I was go grossed out to even eat it.

I was disgusted beyond belief at the lady at the counter. There were two ladies working, Erika, who was not the problem, and the second one whose name I may not be spelling correctly Umilia? I know it starts with a "U." A young black man who was ahead of me already had his sandwich made and was questioning the more than $15 price he was being charged. No drink, no chips, just a sandwich. He was trying to show her something he had on his phone and then also referred to the menu on the wall. I looked and saw the sandwich should have been $7 and change. She immediately said loudly to him, "So you don't want it?" He replied, "Yes, but why is it so much?" He mentioned if it was more because he came in to pick it up. She then said, "It's more because it's toasted! You don't want it, you don't want it?!" And then she tossed the sandwich on a counter behind her and went to serve the next guest. The polite young man just shook his head and walked out. The worst part was that the minute he started to walk away, she began speaking Spanish to Erika (who was also questioning the price), saying, "No one ever complains, only THOSE people!" The rest of us there were all Latinos, so she had to know we could understand what she was saying. Everyone remained silent as she gestured with her head and hands and continued talking about the young man even after he was gone. We knew she was referring to blacks when she said, "THOSE people!" and I was just floored to hear and witness this whole ordeal being that this Subway is in Inglewood close to LAX where I work for a rental car company. This was the most racist thing I have ever seen, which made me sick to my stomach. I decided to pass on the sandwich, ordered soup, and left because I did not even want to sit in that place to eat my lunch. I will never return to this Subway again.....

Parking: It is a little difficult to find a spot during the lunch hour.

Meh. It’s a subway. Food is ok. Good for a good enough sandwich. Most expensive avocados in the world. Place was dirty, table was dirty but the cashier was kind enough to give me a wet paper towel so I could clean my own table.

Asked for turkey based cold cuts wasn't what I received (home began eating sandwich too far to return) had to trash the sandwich money wasted. Extremely disappointed. Asked for spinach which was wilted. The app wasn't working was unable to utilize for the special the app offered. Tried explaining to the male employee who was extremely rude. The service was horrible. Training an employee on the register during lunchtime isn't a good idea too busy. Personally I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know, nor will I return to this location.

Dietary restrictions: Plant based items would be good idea .

I just ate at this location, everything was fine until I found a small piece of hair on my sandwich. I told the cashier what happened and he pretend to no see the hair and when I took it out he got mad at me. He start arguing and offered another sandwich but I said no. I told him they need to be more cautious with the food and he said it was not his fault. I never said it was his fault I just said I found a hair and they need to me more careful! He was so rude!
