I've never had a bad experience from here.. But tonight I sent someone in with my order.. when I received my sandwich it felt like I was holding an empty loaf of bread.. It was hardly anything in the sandwich and it was dry.. horrible

Gotta say the last 3 times I been here and assisted by a girl with a piercing in her lip. Every time gets my order wrong. Literally last three times. I didn't say anything because I will literally eat anything but tonight her attitude was very bad and just didn't even bother asking me what I wanted in my sandwich. She would just look at me and wait. Used to be a guy that used to work here. He was great. Great service and talkative. Need more employees like that. This girl could use some customer service training.

I didn't think I would ever give a Subway sandwich shop a 5 star review, but this one totally deserves it. My kids like subway and have tried many different neighborhood subways and I have to agree with them; this one is the best one I have been to. We are always greeted upon walk in with friendly staff members. Their ingredients are fresh and sans flies. (I will walk out if I see flies in the refrigerated area which has happened at other locations ) The drinks and aguas frescas are always available and the drink area and dining room is always spotless. The sandwiches are consistently prepared with a great attitude and kind demeanor. Jimmy is AWESOME! He is always so sweet to my kids that they asked him what days he works so that they can choose those days to go get sandwiches after school. (They are ages 9 and 11) I have tried other Subway locations, and none of them compare to this one. Its kind of hidden in the Rite Aid mini mall, between Mochi Nut, and the UPS store. Theres always parking in the Rite Aid parking lot, and sometimes right infront of the Subway. Stop in, say hi to Jimmy! Get a great Subway classic, you wont be disappointed!

They double charged me via online order. Then they just asked if I wanted the extra order anyway. I said no, thanks. They weren't helpful at all and couldn't cancel other order and niether could I. I had to dispute it with my bank. Also they always go so heavy with the sauce that it makes my toasted sandwich saggy. There's a much better subway up the street that I've never had problems with.
One guy working hard behind the counter making sandwiches. One other guy waiting at the cash register. Money guy never helped the sandwich artist even when the line got long.
