I love Subway, it's my comfort food, but this was insane. I ordered delivery and all three of my sandwiches were wrong. I called the store to explain and the only option was to go to the store and exchange my wrong ones for new ones. The problem is I ordered delivery because I *can't* go to the store. The manager refused to refund me or send me a new order so I'm filing a credit card dispute and contacted Subway corporate about this horrible establishment.

I got FOOD POISONING there.Details: on February 10th, 2024 around 12:30 p.m. I ordered a whole salami sandwich. The iceberg lettuce and the pickled cucumbers no longer looked completely fresh. Due to hunger and strong appetite, I took them anyway. This was a mistake.

Haven't been to a subway in months and came to this one for breakfast. Was empty when I came in and this Latina spoke to me from the back. A guy came it to assist me and they were both speaking to each other in Spanish while he's waiting on me. I wanted a simple breakfast sandwich and he was nice but kept asking if I wanted anything on it. Not sure why it was hard to understand that I didn't want all the bells and whistles .what bothered me more was the Latina who came out to do something with the veggies staring at me through the glass. Never will I ever go back to this location.

This subway does not care about customers, period. It is the closest one to my home. Usually I just let it slide, today I watched something that was not ok. The store is empty except for me and a family of 5. A young boy was moving a table so that his whole family would be able to eat together. One of the employees yelled at the kid telling him that it wasn't allowed to move the tables. Ridiculous. I was standing in line when I got there about 5 minutes. There were 3 employees and none wanted to do their jobs and considered their own tasks more important than that of the customer. There is more subways in Hollywood although not on the strip. If you have the option you would be better off going somewhere else. 0 Stars if possible!

Rude & Racist staff, looking at the skin colour staff was allowing people to shift chairs as need be. If there is a city rule for sharing chairs in a restaurant please display the notice publicly! This is my last meal at subway chain !

Went there to walk around the strip in late December 2022! We went to subway and ordered and at the end they didn’t even let us used the restrooms! First time ever that I use a subway and they don’t allow us to use the restrooms! Insane!!! We aren’t homeless or drug addicts, we are tourists who paid for our meal!!! Don’t ever go here!!

The food was great, but the lady who served us on 4th of August at lunchtime was very dismissive and rude.
Bread was fresh thats a plus. I didn't like when they put mayonnaise and mustard on last on top of the veggies, it should be meat and cheese then mayo and mustard on the bread then the veggies on top of the cheese.

I have gone to Subway for years. This location will make you never want to patronize them again. I work around the corner and ordered a sandwich there 2 years ago, they got it wrong and were rude when I pointed it out. Never fixed the issue. I forgot and ordered more than $120 worth of food for our clients at a work meeting last week. None of the specialty sandwiches were prepared as ordered, sandwiches were wrapped haphazardly, liquids were oozing everywhere and it was just disastrous and frankly nasty. In two years, it is still as bad or maybe worse. There are many Subways in this area, give this one a miss. I hate to say it, but they need to fire every staff member in there. I will never make the same mistake again. (7021 Hollywood Blvd, near the LA Fitness, Target and CVS)

We stopped here to eat and saw the sign no public restrooms- we assumed it meant for non paying public, but $47 later and I still need to pee. The staff was friendly, but with kids the bathroom issue brings down the stars considerably.
