Pretty good subway. Not the fanciest but it’s a small location in dtla so shrug lol. The employees were really nice, especially it being 11am on a Sunday. The food was good, I got the egg and cheese flatbread footlong and had enough left over for meals for the next day.Parking is street or there’s an underground lot. I recommend street parking bc it’s faster to get in and out.

Employees are brain dead and don't pay attention to detail. Ordered curly fries, got regular fries. Ordered my burger with no pickles, received it with pickles.

July 12th at 9:30 pm I walked in and the employees didn't greet at all. They said I can't order or anyone for that matter since they're closed? When I said when do you guys close? They responded 10pm and I just said interesting. . I have no idea why they don't just lock the doors and close now then - it simply doesn't make any sense and for that reason I would never come back to this location

These people just gave me half of protein bowl and charged me $17 for it. Every location I guess is different. It looks like they steal from customers . It was very unfair that I had to pay $17 for a half of protein bowl.

The young lady with the long hair is so patient and helpful. I dont remembered her name but I think it was Deanna, Dina or something like that. I would definitely return to this location just because how wonderful she is. She deserves a raise. 5 stars for her only..

We ordered 2 sandwiches. Sadly we are very disappointed in our decision to ask for the bread to be toasted. Both sandwiches were hard as bricks. We called to complaint, the woman who refused to say her name said it was our fault for asking the bread to be toasted. Once again people, the worker blamed us for the hard bread because we asked for it to be toasted. Wow
