okay listen. is the food bad? well, yes. but it’s a subway. not only that, it’s a subway in hollywood. any chain restaurant in hollywood is going to be the worst possible variant of the brand.

that being said, i’m seeing a lot of negative reviews in the comments that i don’t think are entirely fair. literally every time i go to this subway, the young men who work there are extremely kind to me. that, or they’re at least professional. they often engage in conversation with me and ask how my day is going. this location is for the vibes.

we also have to remember this is a 24 hour establishment in hollywood california—i literally cannot imagine the kind of stuff that they witness and are subjected to while on shift. i myself have seen an interesting array of specimens haunt this subway on occasion. it’s gotta be at least a little scary.

all this to say, please give these guys a break. they’re doing their best.

Food doesn’t look appetizing and the service is horrible I walked in then walked out when I seen how the vegetables looked and how hard the bread was when the cashier cut it . Close this store

Walked in was not greeted and employee said what do you want, two middle eastern men working and kept giving me glaring evil look, he did not know how to make a sandwich got it all wrong and seemed to be talking thru air buds on phone. Will never go back.

It used to be a great place for food ,Custumer Service etc. I recently visited this place to purchase a sandwich, Custumer service was terrible, lettuce and other’s vegetables look old , not fresh at all. Apparently they changed ownership, the latinas ladies were doing much better job. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m not going back ever!!

Do NOT come to this Subway. The employee who took our order was on his phone while making the food which isn't too bad, but then he coughed on one of our subs. When we wanted to pay, i asked if my coupon worked and he said no. I kindly asked to remove the sub that he coughed on and he threw and slammed our subs and walked away. Other customers were baffled at his actions.

I was so nice and respectful to him too.

I know that I was taking a risk, bc who eats subway anymore…I was reminded why. I asked the clerk if the bread was fresh. He reassured me it was. Now I’m on my lunch break, the bread is hard and crumbly,The bread is not fresh at all. He also questioned the $10 billion I paid with, saying it looks “light”. He didn’t use a pen , he and the other guy was just looking at it. Because this took longer than it needed to, I yelled and said Man the money is literally from the bank! I have on my company uniform etc. I was heavily offended . And these were East Indian men, who should know better! I will never visit this location again.

When the 3 of us arrived,there was nobody,but us there.My husband and I ordered and another gentleman came in.The worker then takes his order before our friend who was waiting.We all asked for white bread,which was partially hard,despite the fact we asked for mayo and our friend oil.Also,the spinach had a fishy taste to it probably because it wasn't fresh.

How are you gonna have a location open 24 hours and your only employee is outside smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk and refuses to provide service? He watched me walk right in and didn’t even acknowledge me, while he continued to smoke and watch me. I left because he never came back inside. Just so unprofessional and a waste of time—I went to another location. You should seriously reconsider who you hire.

This Subway added a bunch of meat to an order that specifically said NO MEAT. You can seriously get someone ill. These employees need to take a food and beverage safety course. Thanks Subway, you’ve finally killed it for me… I’ll never eat at another subway for as long as I live.

Amit and Shahil both are great at what they do. This location when they are here is always welcoming. They provide great customer service. The new owner has turned this place around!
