I just ordered a 6 inch subway from here and asked the girl for extra bacon. She gave me 2 slices. I then double checked that was correct and she insisted it was. (It’s not. It’s supposed to be 4 slices. So she charged me extra for the regular amount.) Then I asked for extra onions. She gave me the regular amount. I had to have her go back for more. Then when I asked for salt and pepper she TAPPED the canister over my sandwich barely putting anything on my sandwich. These employees need to be retrained.

This subway is always clean! They fill and stack the chips neatly, the cookies are filled and the toppings are full. If I could wish for anything better, I’d wish they participate in ALL the promos. Sometimes they don’t. Which means you’ll have to go to another for some BOGOs and discounts. They do participate in some but not all.

If you want your sandwich made to order do NOT place online order. Every single time I’ve ordered online they can’t seem to read the receipt & always miss something. Every single time. Clearly you need to be there in person watching them make your sandwich to make sure you get what you want. For the price of these sandwiches it’s ridiculous they can’t even get a simple order correct.

I had to walk out and leave halfway through my sub being made because the man that was making my sub continued to eat whatever he was eating when I walked in even after the sub entered the toaster he walked to the back to feed himself more of whatever he was eating, I initially wanted to be nice and give him the benefit of the doubt that he would just finish, chewing on whatever he was chewing on when I walked in, but literally for over a minute and a half he continued to chew with his mouth open over my sub while making my sub. He also looked like he hadn’t showered in days. I’m not trying to be rude here. I’m just saying it’s very unsanitary and as nice as I wanted to be, I could not stomach thinking about him dropping food from his mouth while eating with his mouth open while making my sub the entire time. He wasn’t wearing a name tag but had a dark Hispanic complexion and slicked back greasy hair. Please don’t fire him. He’s a nice guy. I just don’t think he knows any better.

Way over priced compared to other Subway locations in the area. This location is over two times / +100% higher than other locations in the area. $18.59 for a sub that I purchased the exact same sub at another location for around $7.50. I will NOT not do business with a business that rips their customers off. There are three (3) other Subway sub shops within a 5 minutes (less than 1 mile) of this location. Save your money and go to another location. I could have purchased two sandwiches for what this rip-off place charged me for one.

The problem with the bathroom is that they don't let you enter the bathroom, very bad service when there is a bathroom and apart from that, the employee who serves feels like he is the president of the service, arrogant and angry.
