Oh my gosh, the two of us came to this subway to eat and I'm so happy with my decision! The best subway sandwiches ever! They were made with love, care, and smiles! Even though I placed the order online, we sat down to eat and it was a perfect meal! The ladies working were so welcoming and friendly! Today at night I went to this subway how I often do to buy with a coupon that I usually use on some occasions, but it has happened to me on several occasions that when I enter when a specific man is on duty he always tells me that the scanner is not accepting the coupons, the first time he did it I thought that these are things that happen, but it has already happened to me on several occasions that when he sees that I enter the store he tells me immediately that the coupons cannot be used through the scanner. particularly today I felt bad because there should be a way to use the coupons if the scanner doesn't work but it doesn't make sense that the coupons exist if you can't use them. In the same way, if I cannot use them, put a notice that can be read when entering the store. The truth is that I left very disappointed and feeling bad about the treatment I received. other times I have gone to this place at lunchtime and the people who serve are very friendly but at night when this person is on duty the same thing always happens to me.
This is my Cheers “everybody knows your name” if you’re a regular customer. I’m extremely allergic to dairy. So, every time I go in and get food, they are always cautious about changing their gloves and making sure that my sandwich isn’t cross-contaminated. I appreciate everyone who does/has worked there.Pros: Always fresh (more than any other subway), bilingual (Spanish and English), extremely friendly, great workers, an owner that cares.Cons: Parking is limited ESPECIALLY around lunch time. But any other time, it’s easy to find a parking spot. The Uber eats, Postmates, DoorDash, etc people will block you in to go in and grab the order.Parking is out of the control of Subway. So, it doesn’t effect the 5 stars are Subway.
