Be careful ordering from them. I made a mistake and ordered from this location to my notice. I canceled right away due to my car being in the shop and I was walking not knowing the area too well neither here nor there I had to call and cancel cancel my order was received wasn’t even being prepared Told me that there was nothing that could be done and that they could not cancel. The app order. Doesn’t even have a cancellation so they got to keep my sandwiches and $20 of mine. They refused to give me my money back so just be careful.

WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I literally JUST LEFT THE STORE…..it’s a Hispanic older woman in her 30’s I’m assuming or early 40’s that is 100 MILLION PERCENT RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE on Santa Monica Blvd EVER!!!! She talks in Spanish to the other employees delegating them in what to do against the customers because she’s unaware we/I speak/spoke English:-(I’m going to do everything in my POWER to get her removed from our community because she’s brings DISGUST to our friendly community here in West Hollywood!!!! FIRE FIRE FIRE HER NOWWWWWWWWW!

I called to get some info from the store and a girl named Maria answered, she didn't even let me finish talking and hung up. When I called back the phone kept ringing for awhile until a guy picked up. He told me his name was Alan and also told me her name was Maria. I asked why she would just hang up on me and he said its because they are busy. I let him know she could of told me that and placed me on hold as I needed to verify information for the company. Would give no stars if possible. Such a rude employee.

It was nice, clean and tidy. Service was extremely great. As a matter fact one of the nicest service I've had in a while at Subway. Food was great like it wasn't bad. It wasn't the worst for being what it is. It's not a specialty thing, but it is a sandwich and I did appreciate my sandwich. I got in there at 6:15 on Sunday p.m.

Just tried to come in to order and the door is locked. The employees were laughing and having a ball at 2:36 p.m. on a sunday. Maybe they didnt feel like working today? Anywho, look elsewhere and save your time. No need to waste your time on an establishment with a bunch of priveledged young kids.

Really subway? What's the point of having a phone number if you won't answer! I called because i made a doordash order and wanted to ask them to warm up the sandwich (since that option is not in the doordash site). I tried for maybe 8 minutes and no luck. After the 10th time calling, someone answered and hung up! Super annoying. Horrible customer service

When I tried to order the guy thought I can’t understand Spanish and told the lady tell him that we’re closing soon and no dine in , the’re closing at 9pm and and I entered at 8:15???? Lazyy workers

DO NOT COME HERE!! Absolutely the worst service. I ordered online for pick up, upon arrival not one employee offered customer service or even a simple greeting. my food was not ready at the time scheduled, I had to stand around waiting until they finished chuckling and talking to other customers meanwhile looking over at me knowing I was there to pick up my food since I was going frequently and still was not considerate . Employee came over to the register area where I was standing and still did not attend to me, I interrupted him and asked about my order being I had to return to work and could not stay around all day waiting for them, employee notified me my order was about to be made. Once he hands my order it is absolutely incorrect, I ordered an online Exclusive sandwich at least 3 times before and on this day the employee tells me he has no idea what sandwich I was talking about and asked for the name in order to " tel the manager to take it down from the app" I do not understand where this individual received his training but it is clear to me he has no clue what he was doing. I asked for a refund and he laughed saying they do not do refunds on online orders while attempting to convince me to take the sandwich that was incorrectly made telling me it was made to specifications just not the same meat selections only the veggies they got right ... I still have not received my refund after reaching out to corporate. WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY !

bread was too skinny and not crispy. for some reason they play christian music on blast here which is kinda weird for a subway but i think that says something about the franchise owner lol
