I ordered an "ELITE" chicken bacon ranch and got one of the weakest sandwiches I have ever received from Subway...oh btw that was for $16, no sides or drinks 😬

I only have one question...WHERES THE MEAT? I mean, the meat didn't even make it close to either side of the bread when she spread it out smh

I even asked the employee kind of playfully thinking she made a mistake "is that the right amount for a footlong?" She claims "yes" so either she gave me 6" portion or I guess Subway is now reducing the size of their portions while increasing the price...like gimme a break, what are we doing here?

And while I understand that very rarely does food look like the image on the board but the image on the board has chicken just busting out of the sandwich but when I get mine I can barely even find the meat

Do better guys and quit being so greedy and stingy

They have an interface via Google that will lead you all the way through selection and Payment to lead and drop the process without any indication or message or notice. Leaving you to wonder if you've been charged or not to have to return to the store and place the order and manually. Uselees

My dinning experience was ruined by Mr Jose on 12/28 at 9:30 PM. I called and lovely young lady answered the phone and told me they were opened until 10 PM. Same young lady who served me. I sat down and Mr. Jose tells me "we will be closing at 10", which I felt was rude, but I told him "I already know that, thank you", so I sat down to eat my sandwich and he has mop water and is pulling chairs around me and tells me I'm sorry but we are closing... I stopped him on his tracks and told him: you are closing at 10 correct? Right now is 9:40. Can you please stop harassing me and let me eat in peace?!? Which he walked away mad. I left at 9:55 PM. This is ridiculous and so unwelcoming to customers!!! I understand employees want to go home, but if he's not willing to work the hours the restaurant is opened then maybe he needs to find another job. I sked the young lady if he's always that rude, she was so embarrassed by his behaviour and she said I don't know, today is my first time here. She's a new employee and better trained than Mr. Jose, is he a volunteer or he actually gets paid to be this rude with people? I spent over $20 and I can say I'm not coming back to subway thanks to his behavior
