This is the cleanest best tasting subway sandwiches I've had in Los Angeles I vote this shop at 790 Vine number one in LA if you want a Subway sandwich this is the place to go they're friendly they're kind they've got a great shop great food I highly recommend this shop

They have an interface via Google that will lead you all the way through selection and Payment to lead and drop the process without any indication or message or notice. Leaving you to wonder if you've been charged or not to have to return to the store and place the order and manually. Uselees

Otra vez que comprar los sandwich la persona que me asistió fue una mujer con una actitud grosera y prepotente de lo que le importaba es hacer sentir mal a la persona le pedí hacer un sandwich y no quiso echarme de otra carne ni aunque pagara es una mujer nos recomiendas ese lugar ni me quedaron ganas de regresar deberían de tomar atención ese tipo de personas hacen que el bossiness decaiga. Delicious salad. Spinach, tomato, onion, garlic dressing with tuna salad. Fast n Fresh. Well portioned. Cost effective.Parking: Small corner shopping strip with businesses and parking limited. However, street parking available.

Excellent restaurant! Staff is very friendly, attentive, and proffessional; manager Cecilia is terrific! I originally had a few issues with certain supplies being in short supply, but owner reached out to me and was exceedingly accomodating and is willing to do whatever he can to improve his restaurant. I look forward to patronizing them 2-3 times per week. Thank you and keep up the great work!
My dinning experience was ruined by Mr Jose on 12/28 at 9:30 PM. I called and lovely young lady answered the phone and told me they were opened until 10 PM. Same young lady who served me. I sat down and Mr. Jose tells me "we will be closing at 10", which I felt was rude, but I told him "I already know that, thank you", so I sat down to eat my sandwich and he has mop water and is pulling chairs around me and tells me I'm sorry but we are closing... I stopped him on his tracks and told him: you are closing at 10 correct? Right now is 9:40. Can you please stop harassing me and let me eat in peace?!? Which he walked away mad. I left at 9:55 PM. This is ridiculous and so unwelcoming to customers!!! I understand employees want to go home, but if he's not willing to work the hours the restaurant is opened then maybe he needs to find another job. I sked the young lady if he's always that rude, she was so embarrassed by his behaviour and she said I don't know, today is my first time here. She's a new employee and better trained than Mr. Jose, is he a volunteer or he actually gets paid to be this rude with people? I spent over $20 and I can say I'm not coming back to subway thanks to his behavior

I would like to speak with the owner of this Subway and the subway located on Santa Monica and gower. I had a very negative experience with the sandwich artist at Vine & Melrose. If I hear back from you via email, I will take down this review and not expand. This occurred today, Saturday, at 4:30 PM so you can look up what employee was working.
