Do not order or come to this subway laye at night because the cashier does not care that she has orders pending. Her phone conversation is more important than getting her orders made. Everything else is fine. No customer acknowledgment whatsoever!!!!! Then businesses wonder why they are going out of business...Does management even care?

If only there was zero, would give them zero rating. Was asking if there was a plastic to wrap up my app order, service crews were disrespectful, and another worker is just idling like he really doesn’t care about his job, and will give you such bad vibes that you’ll never come back in this subway branch anymore. Never again until you train your service crews the proper way on how to serve customers with manners and courtesy or better yet, fire them.

Popular location gets busy sometimes but they were able to get me in and out fast when I went straight to the side where they keep the pick up orders. Told them my name and was out in seconds. They consistently opt in to the national promos you see online, where as some locations do not. I saw them taking care of somebody’s order and it looked delicious and he was very attentive to the options being selected. Staff seemed friendly as well
Customer service here is absolutely trash!!! The two girls working October 7th at 6.30pm do better! You were sooo rude, then ya’ll don’t even finish serving us before you went to the back to check your phone and have a drink. Yuck! Do better or get a job elsewhere that doesn’t involve customer service. It’s a pity you can’t put a zero star…
