I did my order online. And when I received my sandwich it was all bread and lettuce. It was not the club sandwich I originally ordered. It was also overwhelming with mayonnaise. I was discouraged because I really wanted subways

This is the worst deal ever made. I decided to try it on the spot and was surprised by the amount of meat, which was very little, and vegetables, which I asked to add. I could not pass by without leaving a comment. This staff is so arrogant that they even refused to give their names and hid in another room. I hope I am the only one who is treated like this. Thank you Latin America

Horrible service. What's the point of a menu if the employees working there do not know how to make them. All they have to do is look up and see what's on it. I wasn't given the option for my specialty bread for my sandwich. So I took what was offered. I then asked " those are thre only options?" And he said yes. The next customer comes in and gets offered their ghost pepper bread. Very disappointed!

Today, I decided to place my first online order via the Subway app. The app suggested a location that was closest to me, despite its low reviews. Despite the reservations, I decided to give it a chance. However, my experience turned out to be far from satisfactory. The app indicated that my order would be ready by 4:25 pm, so I arrived at around 4:30 pm, parked, confirmed my arrival, and waited in my car for the promised curbside pickup. Time passed, and it became evident that no one would be bringing out my order. Disappointed, I decided to walk into the restaurant, where the staff started preparing my food as soon as I mentioned I was there for a pickup.

Upon returning home, I couldn't help but notice how meager and light my sandwich appeared. I remembered that the app offered options to add extra veggies and toppings, so I had requested more. To my dismay, not only did they neglect my request for extra toppings, but the amount they did include was minimal. My sandwich seemed to consist of 98% bread and a mere 2% toppings. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. Save yourself the frustration and opt for a better-rated Subway location or adjust your expectations to avoid similar letdowns.

I usually always order here online to pick up and the main manager that works morning does a good job however I’ve noticed new employees in the evening and twice I went to pick up my order and it was wrong. I had ingredients missing and breads switched. I think more training is needed. It’s probably better to order in store so you can supervise they are making it correctly..

I eat at this subway 2 sometimes 3 times a day because i work next to them and today i went to refil my cup they told my i gotta pay for a refill which is disrespectful i literally soend almost 35 dollars a day there and they’re gonna ask me for a refill shame on yall im not coming

(Only because zero stars isn't an option)I've had my fair share of subpar dining experiences, but this Subway location takes the cake for the absolute worst. Ordering a sandwich shouldn't be rocket science, yet the inept staff here managed to botch it beyond belief.When I returned to address their glaring mistake, I was met with an employee who had the audacity to scream at me. Their behavior was not just unprofessional, it was downright disgraceful. Expecting the manager to be the voice of reason, I was instead met with an individual who was as useless as the rest of the staff, refusing to make amends or even offer a simple apology.It's clear that this establishment is a cesspool of incompetence. If you're looking for a meal accompanied by atrocious service and a side of disrespect, then by all means, dine here. For those with a shred of self-respect, steer clear of this disaster of a Subway. The only thing they seem to excel at is showcasing how NOT to treat customers.
