This is the worst Subway. Whoever owns this store needs to hire new staff with proper customer service training.Twice after placing a mobile order they didn't want to give me my order. Even though I gave my name and identified the sandwich order I placed.Do the employees have stock in this company? Because they sure act like they do. They act liked you're picking up a 60" Samsung television or something. Come on it's a sandwich.Well needless to stay I will take my business to the other Subway on Vine where they greet you with a smile when walking in.

I eat at this subway 2 sometimes 3 times a day because i work next to them and today i went to refil my cup they told my i gotta pay for a refill which is disrespectful i literally soend almost 35 dollars a day there and they’re gonna ask me for a refill shame on yall im not

Ordered BOGO Buffalo Chicken & Rotisserie Chicken footlongs, received them in a securely packed paper bag from 2 very friendly staffs in front.Also they made the sub exactly the way I ordered online with the ingredients I like which is usually NOT the case in some of the other Subways I've visited.This visit is a 5 STAR from me !!

(Only because zero stars isn't an option)I've had my fair share of subpar dining experiences, but this Subway location takes the cake for the absolute worst. Ordering a sandwich shouldn't be rocket science, yet the inept staff here managed to botch it beyond belief.When I returned to address their glaring mistake, I was met with an employee who had the audacity to scream at me. Their behavior was not just unprofessional, it was downright disgraceful. Expecting the manager to be the voice of reason, I was instead met with an individual who was as useless as the rest of the staff, refusing to make amends or even offer a simple apology.It's clear that this establishment is a cesspool of incompetence. If you're looking for a meal accompanied by atrocious service and a side of disrespect, then by all means, dine here. For those with a shred of self-respect, steer clear of this disaster of a Subway. The only thing they seem to excel at is showcasing how NOT to treat customers.

The two girls that work here in the late afternoon where so rude. How can u guys be rushing me and giving me attitude when I was the only customer ya'll had?! So annoying and unprofessional!!

I know they have to measure the meat that is added to ur sandwich but the fact that they don't even give you the full scoop of ur choice of meat is just ridiculous. I feel like I'm eating mostly bread. This location is very stingy even with the other condiments. Rather drive to the Vermont Santa Monica location.

The place is clean and even when it's packed the workers are fast an efficient! The sandwiches are great and you can obviously see how they make them and you choose what goes on it.

Are u serious with your meat portions??? I used a BOGO coupon and I am 100% sure they are splitting the meat portion in half. The manager was rude upon entry- gave him my name for pick up and he said he needs proof. I tell him I ordered from my computer and he tells me I don't know how ur gonna get ur sub now. Will never go to this location ever again. Can't do one simple task right. Needs retraining.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Lady behind the counter was sullen and obviously didn’t want to be there. Rude, and wouldn’t put the right ingredients in what felt like deliberate disrespect. Feels like a money laundering operation from how mismanaged and dirty the place is. Cashier touches money and food with same gloves on too. Disgusting. Won’t be returning.
