The place was a bit dirt, the service was okay ( there was no greeting) I had to speak first and they only had the bread with jalapeños. I wanted a foot long but only got a 6 inch because that was the last bread available until another 18 minutes. The parking is horrible ( way too small parking lot) this was my first time at this subway.

Today we ordered 2 sandwiches from Subway. One sandwich came with Mayonnaise on it which was not ordered. We have food allergies. The second sandwich came with very little meat on a foot long Philly cheese, very little cheese and no onions or bell peppers. When we call to place a complaint for the two sandwich order($46.00), someone there hung up without taking our call. We will never order from this store again.

Today they stopped serving salad bowls or lettuce for sandwiches. I dont actually believe that but its the excuse of the day. This location is poorly ran. Always a hassle even when it’s empty. Needs new staff and new management.

Vegetables are nasty looking very old and wilted, barley had meat in my footlong. Didn't have any cookies and soda machine looks ran thru smh. Takes forever to order bcuz of slow service. Place is dirty.

Message from my good friend Ajoure, who tried to get a job here. “ I went up to Subway because I was recommended this place by Rijah a former employee, she spoke highly of this place and to come in and get turned away immediately after the website said you guys were hiring is upsetting. I then messaged Rijah asking, “Has this happened to you?” . She was shocked to hear this news because she has recommended Jz. Tiara, Kalvin and Brooke to this place and were immediately taken in and scheduled an interview. She then told me she spoke with Gus the current manager, and he then told her he doesn’t hire women anymore. This is extremely upsetting that in 2024 discrimination is going on against women.” Here attached are documents uploaded by me, Rijah Lynch.

This is a place that should tell the employees to keep it clean, all the vegetable containers are very dirty, it seems that no one supervises what they do.

Terrible experience, like a nightmare, I ordered a sandwich and they prepared it as the employees wanted, I told them that it was not how I ordered it, because it was for my daughter, please give me the order that I made, however the employee Maria With the other employee they were rude and never answered what I asked, they just laughed, they even grabbed a loaf of bread from the toaster and wrapped it and threw it on the counter, when my daughter saw that she cried because she was waiting for her sandwich, I felt great helplessness Seeing my daughter cry and only them, laughing among themselves. I wouldn't want other people to stop because of what we went through with my daughter. Of course I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I was a regular customer. I will never return to this place.

A traumatic experience, we made some orders and almost everything we ordered was different and they did not want to help us solve the matter, very poor attention from the employee María and her assistant, we were constant customers. They threw the food at us on the counter, without saying a word to us, like they were not happy in the job they are doing, making the clients feel bad.

I have been coming to this Subway for 3 years and it seems very dysfunctional. The employees seem nice,but rarely last long and there's no deals besides coupons that make me consider going to Subway. I would go to Jersey Mike's if it was closer than Subway, because I wouldn't mind paying a few more bucks to get something better at Jersey Mike's. Subway is too expensive for its quality.
