I was saddened by how unhappy and miserable the employe was. She was all alone for the dinner rush. With mobile orders and customer yelling at her. At one point she went to the walking to cry. I am sure this a franchise and can imagine what they put their employees through. Very very sad.

I am giving twos stars because the guys worked really hard, but it id ibviously insufficient to hold 2 person for the whole store. Waited around 30 minutes to make my order and 40 minutes to get my sub. It aint restaurant, but it is not a fast food too.

First time visiting. Walked in and the tall guy with all of his hair open over the food did not say one word. I stood there for two minutes and he never acknowledged me standing there just kept doing what he was doing. A complete turn off so I left. I will note to never return. It is 9 am and I am pregnant and was hoping to get something quick because I don’t have much time. We will never return.

The place was a bit dirt, the service was okay ( there was no greeting) I had to speak first and they only had the bread with jalapeños. I wanted a foot long but only got a 6 inch because that was the last bread available until another 18 minutes. The parking is horrible ( way too small parking lot) this was my first time at this subway.

Today we ordered 2 sandwiches from Subway. One sandwich came with Mayonnaise on it which was not ordered. We have food allergies. The second sandwich came with very little meat on a foot long Philly cheese, very little cheese and no onions or bell peppers. When we call to place a complaint for the two sandwich order($46.00), someone there hung up without taking our call. We will never order from this store again.
