I ordered for take out and o got Peanut chicken Satay bowl, sweet potato potstickers and strawberry lemon basil chia pudding. This is my first time trying this place and the flavors were sooo good ! The presentation of and cleanliness of the packaging was excellent. Thank you !!!

I have to give a star to this place because the staff there is so rude, I work as a Nurse at Santa Monica health care center and I took my patient to get his food here and they treated us like sh*t I don't know why they treat people like that my patient is 79yrs old and the cashiers guy made him wait for like 15mins more for nothing because our order was ready and good to go! I took a picture of the cashier guy because I told him that I'll post it every where because that's not fear my patient barely got a surgery and he was in line for 15mins moreeeeee!!! That's ridiculous I thought in this country elderly people and kids goes first

The flavors are so right. I love that The papaya slaw is served with the bowls. I make my own curries with mortar and pestle and so I'm that annoying thai food snob. Portions are very generous --I didn't need to order extra protein. Bamboo rice was fragrant. I don't know how to write reviews so I never do, but this place now has a repeat customer with me

The spicy beef is so rich in flavor!! Love their papaya slaw too. Compare to other restaurants, this place gives so much more meat in their bowls:) I ordered through delivery but hope I can visit the place in person soon.

Summer Shop is a neat Thai spot that does (take out) bowls of a couple different varieties ranging from Bangkok chicken to Green Curry to Impossible Beef over a selection of rice and mix of veggies. Ordered for delivery (though it may have been made at the Colony ghost kitchen vs this specific location) as they had a good promo deal and got the Hot Bangkok Chicken. The bowl was of decent size though for $15, on the slighter smaller end, especially in terms of the amount of protein. The rice, pineapples, sauce and fixins gave it some decent flavor fairly reminiscent of Thai food. The chicken was a bit lacking, but this is likely due to delivery vs the restaurant as there was no crisp and it tasted a bit dull so likely would've been better if right out of the oven. Overall a decent lunch spot, especially if you can get a app deal!

I love this spot for delicious pickup! It's a little hidden away down an alley next to 8320 W 3rd St. It's not too hard to find, there are a ton of plants our front! I ordered the "peanut butter" cauliflower wings and the Impossible Papaya Bowl. The wings were addicting! I couldn't stop eating them. They were crispy, not soggy at all, and SO tasty. The impossible Papaya bowl was a huge serving. I ate about half and saved the other half for lunch the next day and it was just as good! (Just make sure you don't use up all the sauce.) I love spicy, but be warned those Fresno chiles back a real heat! (Plus, I added they special spicy sauce.)
