I placed a pick-up order a while ago, and both the female server who took my order and the female server who delivered my food were the worst. When I came to pick them up, they looked at me like I was a burden, and without saying a word to the customer, they started to nervously call another female server and communicate among themselves, so I just went to the front of the pick-up table. When I got there, another female server put the food down on the counter and walked away. If I was going to get this kind of service, I wouldn't have given a tip of $6 even though it's not my fault. I know they're very busy, but I shouldn't pass that on to the customers. I really don't want to visit again because I experienced the worst service. This is my first time writing such a bad review.I had the worst experience ever with this restaurant. I put in a pick-up order just a while ago. The two servers working were just terrible. The way they looked at us when we arrived to pick up our order? Beyond rude. They seemed utterly disgusted and angry. The server who took our order didn't even bother to acknowledge us; she just shouted to her colleague that we were here to pick up. We were left confused, wondering why she was so mad, but we decided to just grab our food and go. Then, the other server aggressively slammed our food down on the counter without saying a single word. Not even a greeting. If I had known their service would be this poor, I wouldn’t have tipped them $6. I get that they are busy but I'm never going back there again just because of them. I usually don't write bad reviews about restaurants, but their behaviors were completely unacceptable.

The signature dish No. 25 is delicious. Maybe because we are not Koreans, the service we received was obviously different from that of Korean customers (only the most basic services such as serving dishes were provided). The parking lot is Valet Parking only, and parking fee is $4 for dinner.

The Koh Galbi Jjim here is an excellent dish! It’s well worth it. For 2-3 people, the medium is more than enough. It was very delicious.

I have been holding off on eating at Sun Nong Dan due to the usual long lines and pretty steep prices. But finally decided to try it on a Monday for early dinner. No lines at 6:00pm so that was a huge plus. We ordered the medium kalbi-jim for $89….after eating and seeing how much meat they put into their dishes I think the $89 is a great value. We had enough left overs for 2 more meals! The taste was really good and we added cheese so they did the whole flame show. Can’t wait to go back and try their stews!

Ordered the famous fire ? Galbi Jjim. It was bad. Eatable but bad. It smells bad and it seems it is from the frozen beaf. Normal fresh Koran Galbi Jjim never smell, only those sit in refrigerator for long smell bad. The source tastes good, but main meat was smelly and not fresh! Expensive for bad food.Beef soup I usually eat is good.

A lovely place. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. The yuk gae jang was perfection and the kimchi and yangpa jangajji were unreal. Highly recommend.

They do not replace dishes that make customers sick and demand customers to pay for the dishes that customers could not eat at all. I am not sure if it meets the high standard they advertise with 4 stores.Their menu does not specify allergens that make many people sick, such as gluten.Servers' behaviors made me worry about food contamination. Servers removed eaten dishes loudly and strongly right next to our table (leftover food can splash to other tables with people eating). Servers did not wash their hands after touching others' eaten dishes before bringing new dishes. I would prefer people who bring my food to not just have touched others' leftover food, without even washing their hands, or separate work that busboys take care of eaten dishes and not touch new dishes and servers bring new dishes and not touch eaten dishes.Servers did not stay to take orders or answer questions. Menus can clarify routine questions for customers to not need to ask servers, such as which menus have breakfast discounts (hard to pick up the 4 menus with only numbers that can confuse customers who can accidentally order not discount menus), which grains their multiple grain rice has (e.g., brown rice with beans that gave some people's GI system trouble vs. black rice), if rice cake soup has ManDoo (e.g., list ManDoo soup right below rice cake soup). I don't want to feel like I am not receiving service unless I grab the busy servers, when their menus did not specify these things. They use paper cups and chopsticks, which poses 3 problems:1) For hot water, they provided paper cups coated with plastic. Hot water on plastic makes environmental hormones, which attacks our reproductive organs and makes us sick.2) Using stuff from trees unnecessarily contributes to global warming, when CO2 increases the temperature of the earth, and trees consume CO2. Restaurants can provide metal cups and chopsticks.3) Disposable cups and chopsticks made them look similar to unknown food courts, which does not match their advertisement that this is a nice restaurant.I go to Korean restaurants to feel welcoming ambiance ("Juhng" in Korean), not just for great food. This restaurant felt like a factory to serve food quickly with disposable cups and chopsticks, have people leave with their loud cleaning up noises right next to us, and just receive money for the dishes that customers could not even eat. Although I want to support ethnic restaurants, this one just won't do it.I recommend Don Don Lee SoonDae or HyunDaiOg as alternatives for discounted breakfasts and welcoming ambiance and DaSom by check Kang for GalBiTang with great service.Dietary restrictions: Not specified at all.

They need to fire the “valet”. The most rude parking attendant I’ve ever came across. I drove in to park around 11pm, but a Hispanic man in his 40’s started screaming at me to park on the street or else they would call the police. There was multiple parking spots available. I offered him money to park, and even tip, but he told me that he would call the police. I told the staff about my experience, and they did not care.

High quality dishes and soup with meat for the price. Authentic Korean taste, not Americanized. Side dishes are surprisingly good too.
