I signed up for 1 week fat burn program and mentioned the list of protein I never eat. For example pork or tilapia. Instead I have been delivered one of these products once in 2 or 3 days. And it feels like they use the cheapest products and never mind on customers preferences. This is absolutely unacceptable. Besides the food is not delicious at all.

I got the 20 days program and at first The program was great,I lost 9 lbs in 11 days i was super excited, but after that I didnt any and after 3 days I started gaining!!!!! I begged for help from customer services by calling and emailing constantly for 6 days!!!!, and all I got is someone will contact you! They apparently ALLL ON VACATION! I only received one email which is just asking me if i am doing as i was told! HELLO!?This is not a cheap program and you would expect more from the customer services!I have been super restricted and went as the plan and did absolutly no cheating, all i got as a response was that “ oh yeas, its frustratin, are you sure you are doing everything right??!?”Now i only got 1-2 days left and such a waste of money!? absolutly disappointing.
